Thifannie greeted us quickly and checked us in right away. Paperwork was longer than wait. Glad to be seen without long wait.

Awful experience at CommonSpirit Primary Care at St Francis Hospital off Woodmen in Colorado…read moreSprings. Do not doctor here! They will yell at you, treat you like trash, bill you for everything under the sun EXCEPT for preventative care, their billing department is worthless (especially the 'supervisor' Elizabeth who does NOT want to do her job and is painfully inept at customer care/service), the nurses and doctors add diagnosis to your chart 'so you can have your insurance cover labs' which I did NOT need. Stay far far away! Horrible care and the billing is out of control - they are after your money, NOT patient care!

I'm getting to the age where I should see the doctor regularly, so I scheduled an appointment to…read moremeet with a doctor here. When I called, they checked and verified that this is considered preventative care under my insurance and that everything would be covered. This was 6 months ago. Since then I've been disputing a bill they sent me for $200 in which case the front desk sends me to billing, which sends me to insurance, which sends me to billing, which sends me to front desk... I've been bounced around for months with people telling me, "so and so will call you" and then they never do. It's unbelievably unprofessional for a company not to be able to answer, "Why was I charged $200 for a 10 minute chat with my doctor?" My old insurance covered Kaiser and I had absolutely no issue with their services, but it seems like Centura is out to find victims. When I finally got a hold of a manager, he said that they changed the billing process so that managers don't have the ability to wave costs and it's painfully obvious they did it so they can continue to scam people. They will continue to pass you around until they threaten to send you to collections. The first review on yelp by Tricia is also nearly identical to what I experienced with Clay talking a lot about himself and attempting to prescribe whatever he can. It might be because he asked me if I had trouble sleeping and went through the whole conversation about how he uses a cpap himself and blah blah blah it has helped him so much. Maybe it's a common theme that he just tries to throw the book at you to get more money.

Great doctor's office, staff, nurses and doctors are always very friendly and caring. I'm actually…read moresad I can't see them anymore, because I had to switch my insurance over to something they don't take. Dr. Laura Brown was my PCP and she was wonderful- she did everything she could to help me with my chronic migraines and for that I am extremely grateful. Once she had a baby, I saw a few different doctors throughout my visits and they were all just as amazing. I get the refill thing - my migraine meds had to go through them to get refilled every time, because they were afraid of the risk of rebound headaches from taking them too often. It sucks, but it is what it is. Yes, you have to schedule an appointment any time you want to talk to them about something, but that's not really their fault. If people weren't so litigious then they wouldn't have to be so careful, they wouldn't have to cover their own butts against angry patients suing them, or against over-prescribing opiates and contributing to a person getting addicted or overdosing (or selling their drugs to other people). I usually don't like to review clinics/ doctor's offices on Yelp because it only hurts our already broken healthcare system, but if a good review can mitigate a bad one, then I don't see why I shouldn't give my opinion.

Was mistreated at the office. Only reason I can tell is that I was wearing my Star of David…read morenecklace. Then after scheduling a physical they send a letter that said our practice wasn't a match and they can't see. Clear racist from this practice.
