All the staff I have dealt with have been pleasant and knowledgeable but when it came to my renewal of insurance late on Friday afternoon just before long bank holiday weekend, I was particularly impressed with Dara Donohue's excellent advice, customer support and his ability to get the job done in a quick, polite and effective way despite the very tight deadline.
