I continued to endure the wait times because I don't like to change doctors often. I spent an hour just in the waiting room on my last visit and left as this was the final straw. Prior to this, it was nothing to sit in a paper cover, waiting on your exam for half an hour. Anytime I had a concern, I was made to feel silly and ignorant. This is already an unpleasant experience, then you add in this. Furthermore, the office staff is rude and uncaring. The "bedside manner" of this place is nonexistent. The only positive I can even think of is that the nurse that has assisted the past few years has been nothing but friendly and sweet. However, I have finally changed doctors and it has been a MUCH better experience!! I dot know why I wasted so much time.

She was so rude and dismissive, and I left the office in tears. She made me feel crazy for complaining about my pain and told me my symptoms were normal. I found a different doctor who agreed to do a diagnostic surgery where she found stage 3 endometriosis with adhesions gluing my colon to my abdominal wall and fibrosis completely covering and restricting my right ureter. If I had listened to Dr. Crowder and not pushed for a diagnosis with a different doctor, I would still be in debilitating pain. She should not have her license.

Also, in his opinion, Dr. Kennedy "ordered a lot of unnecessary tests, and cost[us]a lot of money for nothing". Unfortunately, Dr. Kennedy's way of treatment in my case would be considered just "sub-optimal [-] not substandard" since the life-threatening"infertility treatment is still more art than science". Some of the characteristics are not from the expert's report, but out of our discussions over his statement.Even though Dr. Kennedy made many unforgivable mistakes (I have proofs for the most of the following accusations) and caused me lots of harm, stress, tears and expenses, my case doesn't rise to the Medical Malpractice level, since I was too healthy and lucky to avoid very bad and permanent damages.
