We've worked in the food industry and understand people have their off days but this was just an awful encounter. My husbands ranch was not provided. We were not impressed with today, a thank you to the woman in the window as she saved this entire interaction by simply smiling at him. The woman with a head piece behind the woman at the drive thru window (also wearing a head piece) was assumed to be the one with taking orders, as she's the one who glared when my husband said she was nice in comparison to whomever took his order.
