The brisket sandwich was okay. Not enough meat on it for what I paid. Pulled pork sandwich the bread was hard.

As I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from all of the staff. Inside is bright and clean with ample tables and booths to sit at. Since I have been here, I have ordered almost every burger they have ranging from a single patty all the way to a 4x4. The burger and fries were placed perfectly on a red tray just screaming at me to take a picture. The burger was stacked to perfection with the cheese melted with a nice layer of tomatoes slices and green crisp green lettuce. The bun was nice and circular and very soft with a nice ratio to bread and meat while the meat was so juicy packing with flavor! The frys were great but really wasnt as satisfying as the burger. They have a ketchup pump with napkins and salt and black pepper also at the counter for your needs. Customer service was great, and I could tell the employees enjoyed working there with all the smiles they displayed. This place serves up some great burgers at a decent price that wont break the bank but will definetly fill you up!

It seems like In and Out came to Texas about 10 years ago. It took them a while to work out the bugs but, it seems most locations are consistent now and you can safely assume you will get the same at all locations. I ate in today but, a little secret of mine is...I love to get mine to go and eat it as I cruise the great American Highway system!!! You should Go Too!!!

My bf ordered the signature turtle, which he enjoyed. It was like chocolate syrup added to butter pecan ice cream. I ordered the strawberry dreamcake, which was delish! I enjoyed the graham cracker pieces. I didn't get much of the cheesecake pieces, but I guess it got mixed in and was no longer solid, but other than that, I really enjoyed the flavor.

I wish their own personal lot was a little bit more bigger. I feel it's an accident wanting to happen. The ladies at the drive thru were very nice and respectful. Freddy's reminds me of a better version of Steak N' Shake. I got the single steak burger combo. It's about $11. It comes with cheese, onion, lettuce, mustard and pickles. I substituted the regular onions for grilled, and added grilled jalapeños. The grilled jalapeños and grilled onions are both $0 add on cost which is great compared to other places. The jalapeños could have been more grilled in my opinion. For the side I got the Freddy's fries which are seasoned shoestring fries. The meal did its job. It was still warm by the time I got home. And It's always a plus getting hot fries.

It didn't last that I ate it all before I got to my second half. I wish that they'd cut all the pickles the same width because the one that I got was so thin that it was barely there, and I feel like it's such an essential part of the flavor paired with the sandwich.

The delivery driver took 45 minutes to pick up the food. After picking it up, they sat in the Firehouse parking lot for another 45 minutes. I could see them on the GPS tracker not moving. I messaged them repeatedly. No response. I called the store. The employee was dismissive and hung up on me. I called back 45 minutes later and asked for a refund. The manager refused, told me I "didn't order from Firehouse" and needed to take it up with Uber Eats. I ordered on YOUR website and paid YOU. That is either dishonest or incompetent. The driver only started moving after I messaged them that I had their GPS location and would be reporting them for theft. They showed up nearly two hours later, did not knock, did not ring the doorbell, and left an empty Firehouse Subs bag on my doorstep. Empty. The tamper seal was broken. The bag was flat. No food inside. The driver took their delivery photo from a distance so you could not tell the bag was empty. I received nothing for my money. The store refused to help, refused a refund, hung up on me, and corporate is now trying to argue the bag "appears full" in the photo. It does not. It is visibly flat, deflated, and the seal is clearly broken. This location does not care about its customers. Two phone calls, both dismissive. A manager who would rather lie about how their own ordering system works than issue a refund for stolen food. Avoid this store. If you must order Firehouse, do not use delivery from this location.
