He asks my daughter her age and for her ID. He pulls the gun from the case we eyeing . But as he is doing that I observed an couple and another young lady gun shopping as well , but no id is present on the counter in display as my daughter's while she handles the firearm. I don't say anything but I observe, my daughter needs a specific gun for left handed people, he assures her it's ambidextrous. She is currently in gun training so she agrees , I personally don't know anything about glocks, I only shot pistols shotguns and AR-15 , so background ran gun is paid $700+ and packed up , because her class resumed that Monday. My daughter has class and the instructor informed her the gun has a glitch not sure how when it's supposedly a new gun . So at this point the gun is useless and another gun has to be purchased , so new this gun comes with 3 magazines cleaning kit and for less then $700 , Thanks to Bass Pro for the honesty and law enforcement discount. Overall I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone , yea they been around a long time and that could be the problem. Disappointed and unsatisfied with purchase but a sale was made .

Our 1st time stopping here there were 3 people working, 2 men and a woman. We came in and one man was helping a customer, the other was cleaning a glass display shelf and the woman was on the phone. No one greeted us, OK no problem. We looked thru the DVDs for about 20 minutes and found one set we liked and wanted to purchase. At this time the one mam was still helping a customer, the other mam was in the back somewhere and the woman was still on the phone. We stood at the register area waiting for almost 10 minutes when we still had not even been acknowledged. We gave up and went on to another store. The other day it was almost closing time when we decided to give them another chance. We were a few minutes away when my husband called and a woman answered. He told her he was just making sure they were still open when she stayed we lock the doors at 6 and I have a store full of people and hung up. We figured they must be really busy so when we pulled up and only 2 cars were there we were kind of shocked. It was 10 til 6 and the front door was already locked. Wow is all I can say. But no worries we will never give them a third chance. Don't waste your time these people clearly don't want your business.

She was rude and short with him and even more so with me. Her dismissive and flippant attitude added to her obvious anger which created a cloud of negativity across the entire store. She didn't take more than a single second to look at the box of things I brought, let alone even INSIDE the box. She didn't say hello, she didn't say goodbye, she didn't even look at me. She just huffed and puffed her way from her computer, told the gentleman who was about to help me, "I'mma deal with this - make it quicker." Pushed him out of the way. Glanced at the box. Muttered something close to, "Nerp, we ain't don't not be not wantin nones of dis na-ah hrmph." Then huffed and puffed her way back to the computer. At least the gentleman said, "Thanks for stopping by!" with a smile. I will never return. I suggest no one else does either.
