I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars as they deserve at least 5 more! From the moment…read moreI called with an urgent medical need, Claudia who answered the phone was compassionate, professional and simply so sweet to me. Claudia checked to see if Dr. Zaphiris had any availability that day and I held my breath waiting for the call back. I was so happy when she called me back within 10 minutes and told me Dr. Zaphiris would be able to see me later that day. When I arrived at the office I felt comfortable and immediately in good hands. Dr. Zaphiris was warm, kind and understanding of my condition at the time. She was able to get me on the right medication to get me back onto a healthy track. Both Claudia and Dr. Zaphiris personally called me the next day to check in and see how I was feeling. This personal touch made such a difference. I didn't just feel like a 'patient'. I've never felt like this from any immediate care clinic. Today, I am so much better thanks to the care and compassion I received at 360-MD - they have my highest recommendation!! Thank you Claudia & Dr. Zaphiris! Thank you for making a big difference! Care Practice doesn't take insurance. So, this is not the place for you if you don't want a place…read morelike that or you don't want to go through the paperwork to get reimbursed. I was looking for a better doctor experience than I was getting in a normal practice and so I tried Care Practice and Dr. Zaphiris out. I called on a Sunday and they got me in on Monday. On Monday, I arrived to a very pleasant office with nice people. I saw the Doctor on time. We decided I needed a test which we got done right then and there. Since then we have followed up with 5-10 emails to answer questions and check-in. This is how it should be everywhere. Dr. Zaphiris is kind, knowledgeable, and a great communicator (both listening and speaking). I have so much more confidence in the care I get with her than I did with my previous doctor. I highly recommend.

Without informing me she changed my medication. When I asked why this was I was told that she was afraid to prescribe Adderall because it could have a negative side effect with my Zoloft! This is a total lie. The physician is incompetent. I'm a pharmacist. All of my colleagues including myself agree thar Zoloft and Adderall are compatible with a very slight chance of an adverse reaction. At this point I'm fed up. I've made multiple calls. I just want my money back. Update: EZCare provided me with a complimentary consultation with a different physician to resolve the issue. Once the consultation started the doctor told me he was going into the consult blind. They failed to let him know what was going on . He told me he couldn't prescribe anything because it would be stepping on the toes of the previous provider. Needless to say this consult provided no therapeutic value. Communication is terrible. All communication goes through a call center that sounds like it's based out of India. I wish they had a feature where you could send a direct message to the provider. After many many calls. I'm done. Exhausted: this place actually did harm to my mental health.

The only response to getting my files was once I reported them to HIPAA for violating their policy and a negative review on BBB. It took several days after they reached out, well past HIPAAs 30 calendar day policy. This med center is lax in their HIPAA procedures. Find somewhere else better to trust your medical information.

I sat and wait for 30 mins before I saw anyone. The staff was moving at snail pace and look like they had no care in the world. While waiting I was forced to hear about what they did over the weekend and other gossip in the office. I finally saw a nurse practitioner for less than 5 mins who did not do anything and said that I should go to the ER instead of urgent care. As a former health care worker and someone who has worked in urgent care I didn't think my swollen eye was life threatening and just need antibiotic which was what ED doctor ended up prescribing. Coming here was a complete waste of my time. I DO NOT Recommend this location at all. There was zero empathy and urgency in care.

She was very hesitant in suggesting a test kit for the symptoms I was telling her about, so much so that I myself thought it would be a bad idea. Okay, fine, 4/5 stars so far, valid explanation for why I would be denied service, and then she reimbursed my $50 copay. Okay, so far nothing worth crying about. She suggested me to reach out to my primary care doctor at the end of the conversation. I then spent the following hours of my day getting over the counter meds for my symptoms. I also reached out to my primary care doctor, who just so happens to be on vacation for a few more days. Long story short, 3 days later the OTC meds did not work, and my symptoms are getting worse. I called in for another visit today, hoping that explaining my worsening symptoms would lead me to get prescribed something that could help me. I couldn't even get past the registration segment. The online form was stuck on the insurance verification screen, and I tried filling it out on both my laptop and phone, but to no avail. I called them and left them a voicemail, and I have yet to receive a call back. By this time, my online appointment I had scheduled was 45 minutes over due. I didn't bother visiting again in person today because I have other obligations to tend to, which is why I opted to visit through telehealth. Result of all my efforts? Worsening symptoms that have still not yet been addressed. 3/5 because the people at the front desk were somewhat nice to me and because I got refunded the $50 copay for my initial in person visit. Otherwise it would have been a 1/5.
