Seriously, my choice was either 1) go to my doctor's appointment and get fired from my new job 2) go without my medication and suffer the consequences. I sent a detailed email to Martin Kramer, explaining what a terrible situation I had been put in by my other doctor and begging for his help. He agreed to help and fixed the situation within hours. I was so relieved, I can't even express my gratitude. I feel like I can count on Martin Kramer and One Medical to take care of my health if I just do my part. Claudia checked to see if Dr. Zaphiris had any availability that day and I held my breath waiting for the call back. I was so happy when she called me back within 10 minutes and told me Dr. Zaphiris would be able to see me later that day. When I arrived at the office I felt comfortable and immediately in good hands. Dr. Zaphiris was warm, kind and understanding of my condition at the time. She was able to get me on the right medication to get me back onto a healthy track. Both Claudia and Dr. Zaphiris personally called me the next day to check in and see how I was feeling. This personal touch made such a difference. I didn't just feel like a 'patient'. I've never felt like this from any immediate care clinic. Today, I am so much better thanks to the care and compassion I received at 360-MD - they have my highest recommendation!! Thank you Claudia & Dr. Zaphiris! Thank you for making a big difference! I was looking for a better doctor experience than I was getting in a normal practice and so I tried Care Practice and Dr. Zaphiris out. I called on a Sunday and they got me in on Monday. On Monday, I arrived to a very pleasant office with nice people. I saw the Doctor on time. We decided I needed a test which we got done right then and there. Since then we have followed up with 5-10 emails to answer questions and check-in. This is how it should be everywhere. Dr. Zaphiris is kind, knowledgeable, and a great communicator (both listening and speaking). I have so much more confidence in the care I get with her than I did with my previous doctor. I highly recommend.

All of my colleagues including myself agree thar Zoloft and Adderall are compatible with a very slight chance of an adverse reaction. At this point I'm fed up. I've made multiple calls. Once the consultation started the doctor told me he was going into the consult blind. They failed to let him know what was going on . He told me he couldn't prescribe anything because it would be stepping on the toes of the previous provider. Needless to say this consult provided no therapeutic value. Communication is terrible. We ended up leaving after 2 months of our baby being born and went to another truly concierge-style pediatrician. The issues we had here was that 90% of our encounters were with a Nurse Practioner. Maybe I just got unlucky and never had an md available. The final straw was probably when my baby had his 2 month vaccine, ran a fever the same night, and the NP picked up the after hours call. She made us really nervous that something was extremely wrong even though it was just the vaccine. I mean after hours is for emergency. What if it was something worse- couldn't a doctor at least be on call? They also bill you for everything. I mean everything. Just sending an email with a photo of my baby's red bump, and then they ask to jump on a call for a few minutes just to tell me it's baby acne and then they bill $300-$400. Why not just respond via email. The same thing with asking basic questions like he's spitting up, constipated. Need to jump on a call and then get billed $300-$400. Money is not an issue for us but overtime it just seemed so ridiculous and prevented me from even wanting to email or call in. They also seem to love probiotics here. My baby had dry skin and the nurse told us to use probiotics to resolve it? He's spitting up, she told us to use probiotics. He's constipated. The solution was to use probiotics. My baby also developed a flat head. They sent us to physical therapy and to get advised for a helmet right away. At my new practice, the MD wanted to take a look at him first and then sent a referral to UCSF to get consultation with their cranio team. Anyway. I just felt like it's really cookie cutter here. Didn't feel like they cared about my baby at all. It's more like they provide good service. Yes someone will always respond to your email right away and answer your call. But just expect an NP or to be billed for every conversation you have with them.
