Unfortunately, my experience involved repeated invoice revisions, unclear labor calculations, disputed completed work items, and ongoing communication issues regarding project scope and billing transparency. I repeatedly requested clarification and supporting documentation regarding invoicing and labor charges but did not receive sufficient transparency throughout the process. Additionally, several major Airbnb setup deliverables referenced in the agreement -- including staging, listing creation, photography coordination, and final walkthrough services -- there was a complete loss of trust and I was not comfortable allowing them back into my property. While some repair work was eventually completed, the overall management and setup experience resulted in a significant breakdown in confidence and trust.
