On a Friday night, (7/21/17) the ceiling in one of the rooms of my home decided to collapse. The contents (drywall, insulation, particle board) were soaked. My roof had a leak in it. I had no clue what to do and called my insurance company who then directed me to RP ... thank goodness! RP had a repair technician out in no time. Tito arrived at my home around 1:00 a.m. and removed all the "wet stuff" on the floor and still in the attic area surrounding the huge hole in my ceiling. He set up blowers immediately to help dry the area as well. I know this is what they do however, he was extremely kind and patient with me as I asked questions. I also have two little dogs that tend to bark at men and also love to get under people's feet. Tito was very understanding with this as well. Awesome service! He did what he could given it was close to 3:00 a.m. when he completed the initial work and assured me that someone would come back during daylight to examine the exterior damages and do more cleaning/repair. Sure enough, I got a call at 10:55 a.m. from another repair technician, Giuseppe, saying he was on his way. Giuseppe arrived and examined the damage, got on the roof in the blazing sun and waterproofed the leaky area, and just like Tito, answered all of my questions while dogs tried to get in the way. Not only that, he worked hard to get everything squared away before the afternoon storm hit. No kidding, he was done and 15 minutes later, the rains came DOWN! I know the repairs are "the job" but what impressed me most was that two different RP technicians came out to help and they were polite, informative, patient and did excellent work. They also made sure I knew what my next steps were in this repair process and offered to help if anything happens in the meantime. That says a lot! This kind of service is hard to come by these day.
