This place was nothing but a hassle, nuisance, and waste of time. To think: he actually plugged all of my PII into his crumby looking computer, as if he was going to cash it; he even took my picture! Then, for him to turn around and refuse to cash my check on the grounds that he'd never cashed any checks from that bank before was an insult. What the hell'd you record all of my information for and take my picture for if you knew from the beginning you weren't going to cash it?! TF?!?! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. You're better off just going down to Boston. If, however, you have no issues wasting your time and wanna give them a shot, they're inside the liquor store on the corner (it's not a stand alone facility) of Union & Pleasant across from Webster Bank. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I brought my car there for an inspection sticker like I…read moredo every year and while they take a while at least they get the job done. This time however was different. I waited over half an hour and the guy pulls me into the garage to show me that my vehicle is not found. I thought this was weird because I just renewed my registration in January so I tried calling to RMV and the wait time was well over an hour. Instead I went to the RMV website and looked up my registration status. Sure enough it was active and all my info was correct. I called Bliss to let them know that my car is registered and there must have been something wrong on their end. He tells me that he will try it one more time but will not waste his time on my vehicle all day because I'm the one with the problem not them. So I told him if I am wasting his time then I would like my money back and I can try somewhere else. Then he proceeded to tell me that he was doing me a favor by allowing me to go back for free after this problem was sorted out (which is not the case because I paid for an inspections ticker and have yet to receive one) and that he's gonna be real nice to me by allowing me to get my money back and go elsewhere because my vehicle was wasting his time. Staff is incredibly rude and take forever only to do a mediocre job or not complete the job at all. Do not go here if you can avoid it. Never going back to Bliss Express.
