Some we sold ourselves, but most we used a realtor. So we have seen a lot of good and bad with the process. My wife and I give Linda Derrico the highest rating for her absolute expertise in selling our house and then buying another house in 2019. Linda excelled at both ends of these transactions. First, Linda was always totally responsive to our needs and requests. She got back to us immediately when we reached out to her, prepared offer sheets quickly, expeditiously set-up visits and counseled us every step of the way. Second, Linda is an excellent listener and has a knack for understanding her clients to gain more insight into their thoughts and requirements when selling and buying homes.
