Not very good with cars, brought my car in for a safety inspection, and it failed safety. The…read moremechanic, a tall Russian guy, offered to replace my front tires and breaks. I declined and took it to my Honda dealer, where it passed with no repairs needed. In the meantime, I got a $65 ticket for no inspection. I called Major Auto Group to ask what happened, and see if they want to reconcile the situation somehow, and they said "Take it up with the DMV. We have cameras and receipts here." I asked what happened, why did they fail it if another shop passed it with nothing needed, and he said "the tire and brakes were bad." Maybe they are, but not fail inspection bad. Don't go to this shop, the guy is a con man. I have some pictures of both inspections, and the receipt from my honda dealer showing they made no repairs.

When my car was hit in a parking lot by a teenager who was speeding recklessly, the damage was significant so it was hard not to stress. But Anthony made everything a seamless process from start to finish, dealing with the other drivers insurance company, my rental car company, I didn't have to worry about anything. Although this was my first time using Anthony, I will say that as long as I live here, my family will not be using anybody other than Preferred moving forward.

It's my…read more3 time and I thought they're honest and knowledgeable about cars,told my problem car shuts off while driving ,they said ok 100.00 $ diagnostic charge and we'll let you know what's the problem, ok called after 4 hours told me to change spark plugs and throttle ,I paid over 900$,next day drove and same problem happened, brought it back check it for 2 hours on computer and nothing shows up, showing me the computer, I dont know what's the problem he said.if you dont know how ti find the problem you charge people 900$ they are good only for oil change only but be careful they charge you a lot for labor
