Pristine Carpet Cleaning was fantastic from start to finish!…read more I initially contacted them through email for a quote, and Sam quickly responded. I ended up calling a few weeks later to get the appointment scheduled and Sam confirmed the availability. On the day of the service, I received a text with an ETA (which was very accurate down to the minute). Sam and Sal showed up, and completed the service for 3 bedrooms, a hallway, and staircase in 50 minutes. I was impressed with how efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful they both were. These two definitely know their stuff and were able to get a couple of stains out that I didn't have any hope for. To top it all off, I also found their pricing to be very reasonable. Overall, such a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend.

And when they contacted me to reschedule, they arrived 2 hours late without bothering to let me know that they were going to be late. (To be fair, the owner (Leo) was kind and apologetic.) The parts of the house Leo and his assistant cleaned were done properly. The walls and floors were clean and dust-free. However, the wife (Leslie) was very unprofessional, especially in the way she spoke to me. I hired them to do deep cleaning, and she was assigned to the kitchen. To my dismay and disgust, she left parts of the kitchen dirty and threw filthy mop water in our kitchen sink! She also used my kitchen sponge to clean the windows and cabinets, then put it back for me to use again? No reasonable person would consider that sanitary! I texted the owner a picture of how dirty my sink was. He was apologetic and was the one who told me they threw mop water in my sink and forgot to clean it! We wash our food and utensils there--Disgusting! I would have been more understanding and forgiving of this if not for the deplorable attitude I got from the wife!

Our solar panels had become very dirty, and I started to look for a company to clean them. I came…read moreacross an ad for DJ Solar Cleaning on Instagram that looked interesting. I was afraid it could be some sort of scam, so I booked a cleaning and did not give them any information other than my address. This did not phase them one bit. As scheduled, a young man with DJ Solar Cleaning showed up and did an outstanding job cleaning my solar panels. He was professional and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. He also quoted me the exact same price for the cleaning as he had when I inquired via Instagram. He was very neat, getting very little water on my patio other than where the gutter spout came down from the roof and that is where water is designed to go. After the cleaning service, I asked the technician how often I should schedule additional cleanings. He said it depended on how quick the panel got dirty again. He explained he had some customers who had their panels cleaned every 3 months and others who did it once a year. He estimated I would be fine having mine cleaned every year, but recommended I put a reminder on my phone to check the panels in six months to see how dirty they had become. That answer made me believe I was dealing with an honest person. I will definitely be using DJ Solar Panel Cleaning again!!
