This guy is a wizard !!!!! I will only be calling him In The future for any of my appliances needs read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We were in a no-heat dryer crisis and hoping to avoid buying a new dryer. Our friend mentioned she hired Alex to fix her dryer and asked if she could send them over to me when they finished. Alex and Oleg came over 30 minutes after contact, they immediately went to diagnostics and communicated what options we have for repair. Alex guaranteed their work for 30 days, no fee or charge if they need to come back for the work they performed. Today our dryer wasn't working and they came out on a Sunday evening! No extra charge, no fees. Again, they immediately began diagnostics and confirmed my vent was blocked with years of lint buildup. The amount of lint they extracted filled a garbage bag! I highly recommend Alex and Oleg! They are a great team. They are professional, well groomed and get the job done. read more

Alex did a great job of diagnosing why my range hood fan wasn't working and fixed it without having to replace the entire thing.

We have a LG refrigerator model LFX25974 which is about 7 or 8 years old. It has a clever space saving ice maker behind the right door. It works fine but once in a while few water drops leak into the ice cube tray turning mechanism and freeze stopping the ice cube tray from turning and dispensing ice into the basket. It probably was due to some hair line crack some where in the ice cube tray and letting a few drops escape now and then. All o had to do was to take a small knife and clear the ice and it works fine for a couple of weeks. No big deal but a little nuisance. So I decided to have the ice cube tray changed, got a new tray from Amazon (costs like twice if the repair guys get it) and called for repair Bids on Yelp. I looked up on you tube and it is a pretty simple job to do but I don't have the time to do it. Quick H&A was one of the outfits responded. I set a price I am willing to pay and quick H&A is the only outfit that accepted my price. Stan showed up next day, and he knew exactly what had to be done and he finished the job in flat 15 minutes. Stan is a very nice no nonsense guy and he did a very satisfactory job and the ice cubes started to come on in about an hour or so. They gave me a 30 day warranty and I don't expect any problem with this repair. I highly recommend this outfit for any appliance repair. Thank you Stan!! Good luck to you. read more

My washing machine was leaking and Alex was the first one to respond to my inquiry. He was able to make it out to my house the next day and fixed it in no time! I also asked him to check out my dryer (it was making a horrible noise for years) and he also fixed that. The man is a wizard! And his service cost is very reasonable. I can't recommend Alex enough! read more

The water line to my ice maker on my refrigerator was broken. Despite me telling most repair services what the issue was, they refused to provide me a quote over the phone. Instead they insisted on charging some insane "diagnostic fee" to come out with assurances that it would be deducted from the cost of the repair. Of course that's a scam because once you're already on the hook for the diagnostic fee, you're basically committed and at their mercy. Aleksandr and Quick H&A was different. I told him the model and sent him a couple pictures, and he confirmed he had the part and provided me a quote within a few minutes. Of the few companies that did provide me a quote, theirs was the most competitive. Aleksandr arrived at the time agreed, was very professional, had the job done in no time, and charge exactly what we agreed to. Overall, he did a fantastic job. He even followed up with me a couple days later just to make sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend. read more

Alex is incredible! He knew exactly what the problem was and repaired my washing machine quickly. My fridge died and I called a few different places to come diagnosis the issue. Alexander was the first to reply and came out to the same day! He was VERY thorough in diagnosing the issue with the fridge. He had a multitude of different tools to make his diagnosis and showed me exactly what the issue is. He gave me a rough estimate of the cost for repair and called me early the next day with the exact cost after calling the supply store. After all of that, he still didn't charge for the diagnosis and everything he went through to check the fridge. I would HIGHLY recommend calling Alexander if you ever have an issue read more
