This update is in response to the comment made by Reshma A (business owner of QUICK AIR).
Hi Reshma, Just to clarify your comments from my perspective: The system wasn't under warranty, rather Electrolux serviced and repaired the item in good faith and didn't charge me. This was not conducted under warranty. In contrast to QUICK AIR, who charged me the call out fee (which to be fair to you, you did refund - but only after you made an assumption and assertion to me that I would write a favourable review - which I stated I would write an amended review).
One question for you as the owner please: If QUICK AIR was going to charge me in excess of $1000 to repair something that was never broken, would you say that you are intentionally ripping me off or just incompetent at your job (unable to diagnose simple problems)?
It would be nice to share this with the community and help them to understand the type of business you are.
for all those reading this, steer clear. I would strongly recommend Electrolux (who service Kelvinator amongst others).
