Called them explained the problem to Dennis and he had a tech out within a couple of hours. Very happy with the service and since then have purchased another fridge. Techs polite and professional. More recently my home central heating had failed I rang another very well advertised company as it was a weekend. Took a week for tech to appear then was told it could take up to a week to get parts. As it is July and you can only wear so many jumpers called Premair again yesterday explained the situation John turned up this morning as promised and within an hour bliss heating returned.
