Their curriculum is top-notch - we were constantly amazed at the progression our daughter displayed in motor, verbal, cognitive, and writing/creating development. She would often come home excited about the day's lessons, especially as she moved into her toddler and pre-K classes (planets/the solar system and insects were a couple of her favorites!). I could not have asked for a better support team at a school for our young one. They are great at teaching AND caring for/loving your precious little ones. This includes the Front Office staff, kitchen/cafeteria crew, teachers, and extracurricular activity leaders (our daughter participated in the Dance class offered). Thank you so, so much! From 3mo to 3y we've loved being a part of the Kids R Kids family. Special shout-out to Ms. Yeni, Ms. Blanca, Ms. Tiffany, Ms. Deysy, Ms. Cristina, Ms. Ivania, and Ms. Valerie. Your whole team of staff is full of superstars! We unfortunately had to move to a new school after relocating to a further away part of the city, but it wasn't an easy decision to make. We will miss y'all! Thank you times infinity! Y'all will always be special in our hearts and minds.

There were often mornings that I couldnt settle my sons tantrums no matter what I tried, yet Ms. Crystal could calm him in a matter of seconds. As an immigrant, none of my family members live in Texas. Daycare has been my point of care for my children, so I can go to work to support them. Little Explorers Infant Academy has been a blessing for me and my family.... Here's what I think: Health and Safety: Ms. Deana and her administrative team have implemented many policies and procedures to ensure that children are safe, secure, and able to learn in a conducive environment. I am happy that I have barely had to stay home due to my children's illness from childcare. If my children pick up a common cold or anything that needs immediate attention, I will not send them to the daycare to ensure I follow the rules to keep other children safe from illnesses. We must do our part as parents. They will return after feeling better or following the protocols in place. Teachers: I can only speak from the experience of the teachers I have had. Ms. Celia is simply outstanding! My son loves her to the moon and back....and he is only 1. He has been with Ms. Celia since he was two months old, and he knows her and positively reacts to her. She is warm and motherly and makes me feel safe with him in her care. My sweet girl has been at Little Explorers since she was five months old; she will be 3 in November. She has had some great teachers, Ms. Dorothy, Ms. Rosie, Alejandra, etc. These are just a few that I can recall at the moment. Class: The small classes make classroom management, teaching, germ control, and learning engagement easier. I have visited a few other daycares that would have been a more leisurely, shorter commute to work, but they do not compare or have the standards set from what I have seen at Little Explorers! So my commute to work is longer, but I know that my children are around people trained and vetted to work in this facility. The administrative team: Ms. Deana, Ms. Stephanie, and Ms. Angie are a terrific trio of women who try their best to ensure that the kids have a holistic experience in their growth and development. I do apologize for the epistle. It has been in my spirit to do this review for the longest.

If i had to give a top 3 as to why we chose Primrose Crossroads when we were interviewing daycares…read morethey are below: - Cleanliness. It's a day care. There are going to be germs. But Primrose crossroads cleans and sanitizes every night and has frequent deep cleans and germ measurements, so I do feel like our son was sick less often than children at other schools. This was our #1 by far. - Structure with flexibility. We knew every day what our child would be working on in class. And got pictures! The activities that they did were so fun for the kids and it was very evident to see where your supply fee goes. They also offer part time programs and were very accommodating when things came up and he needed to come on a different day than his "normal" - The menu. This may be usual for most parents, but our son ate food at daycare, he will not eat at home! So we loved that he was getting great nutrition while he was there. Our son went to Primrose crossroads for 8 months before we had twins and hired a nanny, which worked better for us in the short term financially. During our son's time at the daycare, we had nothing but positive experiences. The teachers & entire team are so fantastic (special shout out to Ms Mack, Jamie, Dani and Ms. Griffin!) They are all very genuine and truly seem to love working with the kids. Our son made huge progress in his learning and development during his time there, so to me, this speaks highly not only of the curriculum, but the quality of teachers as well. Primrose isn't the cheapest tuition, but because of the areas they were above average, we felt like their prices were well worth it for where our child spent so much time. It was the right choice for us!

We can honestly say that enrolling our son at Lightbridge Academy has been one of the best decisions we've made. From day one, we have felt the genuine tenderness and care that the staff pour into the children. It's intentional love, patience, and engagement. You can see it in how they greet the kids, how hands-on they are throughout the day, and how thoughtfully they guide them through learning and play. What has amazed us most is how much our son has grown. He has learned so much in such a short time and transitioned beautifully into a daily routine. As first-time parents, that peace of mind means everything. The things that were most important to us were cameras, teachers, and communication and Lightbridge exceeds expectations in all three areas. We truly can't say enough positive things about Lightbridge Academy. As first-time parents, we feel confident, grateful, and incredibly happy with our choice. If you're looking for a place where your child will be safe, loved, and thriving, this is it.
