We had a group of 4. The puzzles were challenging but not too hard, and the immersion was high thanks to a well-decorated room, great technological elements, and the use of actors. The staff were extremely nice and eager to hear our feedback afterwards, showing that they very much care what their customers think and what kind of experience they had. Our only complaint was that it felt a bit anti-climactic at the end. Maybe we had figured out the end of the game too easily, because we weren't sure whether or not we actually finished or not. Afterwards, we received a team photo that was professionally photoshopped and it looked like a legit quality film poster!
