Having drinks in the mini bar in a complimentary manner is a nice touch for multiple days. Customer service/staff- The employees are so awesome of this place. They helped answer our million questions and with a smile. They are so accommodating and help plan any trips if you need their advice. Location- This is 3 minutes walk to Duomo. It's right beside Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Being so close to everything is great. Hotel- Thanks for a great trip so far due to our great living accommodations, we are loving our stay here. First, it's in a fabulous location, about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo. The building is beautiful and interesting and you feel like you're in a home rather than a hotel. The suites are huge with cooktops and refrigerators and all of the comforts of home (including great air conditioning in the summer). The bathrooms are beautiful and modern. The beds are comfy and there is ample space to spread out and relax after a day of work or shopping. The staff is incredibly responsive and nice. I have stayed here twice - each suite is unique, but all are beautiful. Highly recommend for staying for work or play!
