Then I sat in the patient room for close to 30 minutes only for a PA not a doctor to see me who after rushing thru my 1st concern in less than 3 minutes told me she "did not have time" to address my 2nd concern because many people are waiting and they have to get them all seen before the holiday. So why is everyone in the office area just sitting around chatting and why did the system let me book the appointment in the 1st place??? My only option now is go to another urgent care and pay another co-pay or wait until Monday and see my PCP and pay another co-pay and just deal with the pain thru the holiday weekend. Again I have sworn by this place for years. I will NEVER go back. Talk about making a person feel worthless! I have never been made to feel this low by a medical "professional" ever.
