The last few times I've gone they were short staffed, as they were today, and the entire place was packed full because for some odd reason LabCorp closed down the other very busy office in Toms River. I made an appointment ahead of time and still sat there for almost an hour waiting to be taken. When you complain to their customer relations people, you hear nothing but crickets. I'm going to have to find another lab to go to.

The waiting area was packed in like sardines, and since I never received the text notification the office says they send when it's your turn, I couldn't wait in my car like their system suggests. Instead, I had to stay inside a crowded waiting room and keep checking to make sure I didn't miss my name being called. The front desk has no clue what they're doing. I will never go there again .. expect to wait here the whole system was disorganized and wasted a lot of time sitting in an unhealthy crowded small room.
