Two hours later they messaged me that my CT was canceled because my Doctors at Columbia Presbyterian did not get back to them with a prior authorization. They never told me this was needed, and then never told me they were having problems contacting my cardiology group. I called because this must be a mistake and the absolute rudest woman spoke over me for the entire phone call and then told me that I'd have to reschedule. I asked one question which was if my appointment was filled for tomorrow and she yelled at me for talking over her; which is ironic and hysterical. And then she HUNG UP ON ME. Thanks AMI.
