I used to like this particular Quest location, but within the last several years or so it is a chore to utilize them. In my last three visits - over the course of the last three years - I have waited over an hour, then about 30-mins, and just yesterday (at 8am no less) 15-mins. I'm sure there are reasons such as staff shortages and certainly overbooking, but something should be done - it's not convenient anymore to come to this location. I gave them one more chance, now I'll try one of their other offices before I simply use the facilities at one of local hospitals. read more

Ms. Becky is super nice and thorough. I think it required that they explain all steps and what they're doing and what you're signing. But I felt like she was more in depth. I did have questions and she was able to answer them. Definitely make appts. As needed. Walk in may take longer. I had a 720am appt and didn't get in til almost 750. So they can run behind. Waiting room isn't as big. Can definitely get crowded and overwhelming. read more

Love the new remodel!!! The front waiting area is nice, open and bright. This has allowed them to open up more time slots for appointments since this location is now larger. The staff is still awesome! They always do a good job. Definitely make an appointment otherwise you may have to wait to be seen. read more

The phlebotomist rushed me in, rushed the entire process of my screening and blood work and didn't listen when I told her the high blood pressure reading was not normal for me and to retake it. When she retook it, it was much lower. However, she saved the higher reading so now it looks like I have high blood pressure! My glucose result also said "non fasting", even though she asked and I said yes that I was fasting! They don't care here, the entire process felt robotic. read more

I was very impressed with how easy the sign-in process was with either the texted link or code given. I was taken back within about 2 minutes! The phlebotomist was kind and efficient and showed the proper process of labeling the vials with my name. I appreciated that they were open on Saturday with my busy schedule during the week! Try to schedule an appointment, the computer won't accept a proper name. Try to call, only get a recorded information about all this garbage about all of the past covid false garbage. Won't allow you talk to anyone, won't allow you to schedule. What is the purpose for trying to schedule an appointment when all you get is pre-recorded garbage? If you can get past all this garbage and get an appointment, the facility actually does good, fast testing. Just try to get the appointment. GOOD LUCK read more

Rating this place was difficult because it's under construction so the first impression was not a good one. They only had half the facility operating which resulted in a backlog of people in the waiting room. Honestly it was looking a little like the Village of the Damned out there. But- game changer- the people working here were amazing. Rachael was very pleasant and made all of us in the waiting room comfortable and explained (nicely) why we all had to wait so long. It made the wait much more bearable and no one was angry after hearing the story. Nakisha drew my blood (5 vials) and was SO amazing, it was not at all painful. She was so kind and patient, despite the stress of a battlefield triage in the waiting room. I would come back in a heartbeat. Appearances aren't everything. read more

I came in without an appointment and everything was quick and easy. Nakeisha took care of me and did a very good job! When i say I've never experienced a pain free blood drawing until i met her. I was tensed up ready for that needle and it was already in lol. So smooth and good at her job. Everyone in the facility made me feel comfortable. Not a fan of Quest as I have had several bad experiences at various offices. I came in here with an appointment and still had a lengthy wait. The tech did a good job but why have appointments when they don't have any intention of being prompt? read more

Schedule appt because I couldn't eat or drink anything before my appointment, showed up a couple minutes early and was told I had an hour and a half wait. No use scheduling an appointment if you still have to wait that long. read more

I, like most people, loathe getting my blood drawn but this location and the people who work there make it as pleasant of an experience as possible. I was just going through my "notes" on my phone and saw I made a note to myself to give my phlebotomist, Donna, a shout-out. I normally get lightheaded from the sensation in my arm, but I didn't have this issue this time around. Close to pain-free, too. I was seen fairly quickly as a walk-in (10 minute wait maybe), my insurance was billed appropriately and the results made it to my doctor quickly. I would highly recommend this location. read more

Had some issues with this place years ago but it seems the staff has changed and it's sooo much better now. Someone came out to check us in and they were extremely attentive, helpful and kind to my 2.5 year old getting bloodwork done. Didn't have to wait too long past appointment time either so that was nice. read more

I arrive to my appointment 7 min prior to my appointment time. I receive a text from Quest with a link to check into my appointment. I check in online as requested. I was given instructions with the option to sit in my card or in the lobby and they will text me when it is my turn. I sat in my car until 20 min after my appointment time. I decided to walk in and was told I never checked in despite the fact that I had online confirmation. Was then told I am now considered a walk-in and will have to wait in line. Been sitting here for an additional 20 min and am still waiting. So far an hour wait past my appointment time and keep getting bumped to the bottom of the list due to other appointments. Morale of the story...don't use their so-called technology. The only reason for the second star is that the employees are very friendly. read more
