The office was fine & friendly. It's Quest that is a HUGE pain trying to get your test results. Log in and have to get verification code. Then after that to try to review your results, need to again get another code. Then scan your id front & back, then have your face scanned. Then get a stupid message after repeatedly trying "We're experiencing a problem right now. Please try ID verification again later." So annoying & a waste of time!!!!!! We should be able to access our test results as easily as they take our $$$ read more

Avoid ALL QUEST Diagnostics AT ALL COSTS! It's NOT the Lab work that's the problem, it's the BILLING DEPARTMENT! I accidentally OVERPAID a bill and I have been trying desperately for 3 MONTHS to get my REFUND ($362!) and all QUEST has done is tell me that they have "Put in the request for Refund" after agreeing that I am due the refund! But the MONEY NEVER GETS SENT! I have since moved on to Lab Corp, which I have to admit is AWESOME! Get your Labs done at Lab Corp, conveniently located in most Walgreens stores AND they also take WALK-INS! read more

Beware. Went to work for these unpleasant people! Showed up on time everyday providing great sticks. All patients were happy. Well being the new kid on the block does not work with Quest. Sharon and Chrystal team leads and so called great leaders in the company aka (VETS) were angry that I joined and as a collective they wanted me out of there. Mad because I followed policy cleaning the arm the right way and wouldn't submit to the wrong "quest" way!! Someone telling me to do things that could severely jeprodize the patients life affecting the blood work and results. I literally quit to save my sanity. I dont recommend getting labs there. You may just end up dying because they are not concerned with following policy but playing around and taking short cuts. I'd consider lab corps or finding an in house lab with your doctor. ( your bound for a Hematoma and fast lab treatment there) Also erroneous results for multiple reasons.. no one tech is doing it the same and the Big boss over the villages region is more concerned with her days off then actually making sure the team is up to par with state wide policy. Or making sure everyone in training is on the same accord dealing with blood work. As someone who spent a great portion of my life in the hospital and working for the hospital I tell you the truth! I tried working here as a place i thought would be better for my health having sickle cell. They offer better hours and less wear on my body. But the lady couldn't even fire me. I refuse to dumb down or make myself a fool for any one Man or Woman! Jobless now ill tey to figure it out! But im Not sorry at all for posting this...and forget going to management!! the higher ups are there to take you down too! including Yadira! And if your reading this fuck off. I went to this lab to drop off a swab collected at the surgeon's office. I waited 20 minutes in the lobby, then 30 minutes in a patient room. I reminded the technician several times I simply needed to drop off a specimen. I finally walked out. Totally understaffed and the one employee working is unable to triage! I plan to never use Quest again. read more
