I just left quest diagnostics in Solon. I had a short wait, I do recommend making an appointment, but it appears if they're not busy, they will take you quite quickly. Special shout out to phlebotomist Julie ... she was extremely pleasant, very professional, but at the same time I almost felt like I was talking to one of my good friends! Highly recommend this lab, and if you are lucky... you might just get to see Julie. It's obvious when you have somebody that loves what they're doing. I arrived at 11:40 am and the door was locked. WHY? Knocked multiple times. Sign on door lunch 12 pm to 12:30 pm. Got help from Dr Mullen's office. Knocked on door again with witness at 11:45 am. Employee came to the door said "have one patient now then I go to lunch". Observed that Client and her mother left at 11:50 pm. So ten more minutes to draw my blood. Client said "she has a bad attitude" Quest needs to address this issue!! read more

went to the mayfield Hts lander book location twice today. had appointments for both. I have never seen a medical office so inept. check-in at a machine and sit and wait, and wait, AND WAIT. EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE SIMPLE BLOOD DRAW ORDER, they didn't understand what was needed. several phone calls to the office that issued the order with the lab employees were useless. they claimed to not have a printer and they claim the email sent to them by the office issuing it would take 3-4hours to obtain there. I personally emailed the order to the employee I was with in the room 3 times +. each time their computer dinged, they said it just the waiting room door opening. Then the tech began complaining about the time I was taking from the numerous other people in the waiting room. after wasting 2 hours today, I left in disgust. You'd be better off going to the local veterinarian office for your blood work. You will be treated with greater respect and a more efficient staff. read more

This was my first time checking in. I was familiar with Quest, but not this particular location. This location is very clean. Check in was very efficient. I assumed the lab would be clean. I was right. There are social distance measures in place and masks were required per our state. It was a great experience. I arrived early as I wanted to be sure I wouldn't have a long wait time. Location was closed with just a note on the door. No phone call or email telling you to reschedule. Drove all the way here after fasting 12 hours for a blood test only to have to go home and come in during hours I work. If you are going to open late at least let scheduled appointments know about the time change. Very unprofessional. read more

Quest Diagnostics withheld my refence ranges on suspected abnormal labs after several requests to release complete report. The ordering physician's office directed me back to Quest for complete lab results. I did not receive a complete lab report to identify abnormalities. This behavior is consistent with previous providers lab activity, changing lab report ordering provider name and date by one year and name of one test after resulted. The two HealthCare Systems denied any wrongdoing in changing and removing labs. The original labs were removed from epic and replaced with fraudulent labs. After contacting CLIA Ohio, the original labs were placed back in epic system. The CLIA Ohio nor CLIA Reginal Office would provide a written response to lab complaint. The Ohio Medical Board did not find a violation with physicians fraudulently changing my labs or withholding complete labs. read more

I've been here a few times. Probably four. Admittedly, it's been a couple years as I've recently retired and my place of work was around the corner, so this was convenient for me. My experiences here unfortunately went from okay to, nope, no more. The first time was fine, and I was in and out within fifteen or so minutes. The second was also pretty good, but I was here right before closing and there was basically no one else waiting. I will say the people who work there are very nice and pleasant. The third time was a fiasco, as I actually had an appointment and walked in to a packed waiting room. They may have had seven or eight chairs and it was standing room. I asked, generally, if anyone else had a scheduled appointment, and a guy on the very end laughed and said his was an hour ago. LOL. I turned around and left. The last time was much like the third, I walked in, and as usual, there was no one at the reception desk, but there were again eight or ten people ahead of me. Obviously, Quest puts way too much on the people who work there. I just save myself the aggravation and go down the street to University Hospital's lab. No appointments needed, like Quest, but if you do have one, you walk in and are out in ten minutes. Even without one, it's NOTHING like the wait at Quest and they actually have someone working a reception area. Much better. Once again, I want to make it very clear that the issues with this lab are NOT the fault of the people who work there; it's obvious they are wearing several hats. It's Quest and its, I'm assuming, cost cutting efforts. read more

Most inefficient center to get labs drawn. Oh and if you do have questions about anything, keep them to yourself as you sit there and wait an hour. I don't understand why there is no front desk staff. The company is stressing out their technicians and they don't really care about your issue! Working in healthcare I can see why patients don't want to get their laws drawn - a lot of them are sick and have to wait an hour for labs, no thank you! And if your doctor doesn't send the labs and/or incorrectly sends them, good luck trying to figure that out! Everyone in the waiting room was so mad! read more

I had scheduled lab work at 7:15 am and the office wasn't even open at 7:20. With the lab hours so short you would think that someone would be in the office on time. This location has gotten progressively worse in the past three years. Last year, they had no one was sitting at the front desk and the technician was doing double duty attempting to draw and have patients sign in. read more
