Expect to wait for practically EVERYTHING. FNP Chesney Finley is down to earth; very kind; listens; does spend necessary time with each person though it might put her behind on her schedule; will read and respond to online messages that you send her. Dr Wm Maranto DOES NOT listen; over prescribes medication; does not seem to care. The supporting staff can be unfriendly; very inconsiderate of your time; and they sometimes act like you are blessed to be in their presence. 3 stars because FNP Finley does a pretty good job otherwise; 2 stars for this medical practice.

They took her back for triage and we met with Dr. Trachtenberg who was very clear on her labs and what he thought was going on. We get home and think everything is ok and then our 15 year old Beaux has even worse symptoms. Blood is everywhere and we are in a panic. We call and say we're headed back up there. This time we met with Dr. Monceaux who evaluated Beaux. They're both diagnosed with gastroenteritis and pancreatitis. From the moment we stepped in the door, every single person we met was so nice and comforting. They explained EVERYTHING and nothing was done without our approval and without us knowing the price. What makes them standout is the heart they have for our babies. They love them like it's their own. They go the extra mile with calling twice a day for updates, texts with financial updates, and pictures 3 times a day. We could call or just drop in and visit with them. We were never rushed or made to feel like a bother. As a pet parent, that peace of mind is PRICELESS. I have never experienced such love and compassion for my kiddos. One of the girls even called after they had been discharged to check on them. I am blown away by their facility and staff who put this scared Mama and Daddy at ease from having to be away from them. Huge shoutout to BEYONCA, BRYANNA, TOPANGA, AND DEMI (just to name a few). You ladies have a gift and a heart for what you do and we can never say thank you enough. We will NEVER take them anywhere else in an emergency. We've been to the one on Line Avenue in the past and never felt a peace about leaving them there. With Valor, we had zero hesitations. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, I won't hesitate and I would never even consider taking them anywhere else. Thank you for taking such good care of our babies and getting them back to good health and home where they belong. This place is a blessing!
