My daughter scheduled an appointment for 3:45 and arrived at 3:35 pm. She waited in the lobby and noticed all of these people arriving in the office after her but being called before her. So she waited and finally went to the counter to inquire (by this time it was 4pm). They said they did not see her name in the system. Another lady from the back popped her head out and said, drug test are over at 4pm. So my daughter reminded them that she has been in the lobby since 3:35, and the lady said "no you weren't." And so the patrons in the lobby got involved by confirming that my daughter was in the lobby well before drug testing was over. They were absolutely rude to her with the exception of the lady that actually performed her drug test. She was very kind and nice.
