I will start by saying I have extreme anxiety and have had multiple panic attacks after getting bloodwork done. I was nervous about going but it had to get done. It's right in Walmart and starts at around 7am and saturdays too. I was amazed at how wonderful my phlebotomist was. Her name was onalee. Just like a gentle mom who is caring for her own daughter , she took such wonderful care of me, I felt so comfortable. I didn't even feel a pinch! Literally, nothing!! I asked if she was done and she was! She took 3 tubes of blood and it was so fast over in a couple seconds. I couldn't believe it. And this is coming from someone who has had 2 kids and lots of blood draws, including gestational diabetes. I have never had such a good experience and now I know anytime I or someone I know needs bloodwork, I will recommend her with 2 thumbs up. read more

Lacresia and the whole staff today were amazing. They were taking care of everyone so quickly and efficiently. Very friendly!! I'm extremely nervous when it comes to having my bloodwork done and she was so patient with me. Done it 2 minutes! Every year for 3 years I've come to this location and they are always so friendly and haven't "missed" once! I totally recommend! read more

Quest Diagnostics - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Port Saint Lucie, Florida

Terrible service. Wouldn't take my escript bec it was out of FLORIDA Dr ordering it from Nyu in nyc. They needed a faxed copy. Not escript. So after being called in I was told this. Had to call my dr office and speak to someone who then had to fax over the request. This is not acceptable. Nyc has quests. It's a state! In USA! Then another day I had to drop off sample. Results nit in for almost 4 weeks. ! Unacceptable again. read more

I showed up for my 12:40 appointment around 12:20 and wasn't seen until 1:35. It appears that this location overbooks because everyone in the waiting area were complaining that they were being seen at least 45 minutes past their appointment time, if not more. Went to try and have my mom's bloodwork done as requested by her doctor. When advised it was appointment only I asked how can it be possible to get her bloodwork done she said make an appointment. When I told her they are a week out she needs it done ASAP she said so does every doctor make an appointment or go to the hospital. Not only was they way she spoke to me rude she was just not understanding, towards an elderly patient who needed bloodwork. I also called the 1800 number and spoke to Ramona who was just as rude as the person at the location. If I have to choose another location that's a little farther away I would do so. Quest from my experience lacks empathy and professionalism. read more

The facilities are completely inadequate! The waiting room is 7 chairs in a closet, so people have to stand out in the Walmart. Quest is making a killing and this is the best they can do? Fuck them!!! Also the schedule 5 appointments per 10 min period but only see 3 patients per 10 minute period. Example, it's 11:30 they're seeing 10:50! Fuck them! read more

Went there for a 10:20 appt. Checked in at 10:15 and waited until 10:45 and my name was never called. I asked one of the techs and she told me to "be patient". No one there cares. There is no one to answer your questions and the waiting room is ridiculously small with a bunch of people waiting that shouldn't even be in there. Half of them are in there waiting for someone. The tech comes out and basically whispers the next patients name so the people waiting outside can't hear. Never going there again. read more

Website will not allow me to make an appt. Get to the time and it stops dead.

Excellent facility. I have never waited more than a few minutes to be taken in. I highly recommend this location. read more

My doctor ordered a series of blood labs for my yearly physical. When I called my doctors office afterwards to get my results they told me they took blood and checked my B12. My doctor never ordered labs for B12. Will never go to this one again. read more

Absolutely horrible they need to advertise they refuse to see walk ins...do not go here if you need lab work terrible management...sat for 2 hours before they informed me they don't take walk ins read more

I scheduled an appointment for a blood draw. I was talking to one of the techs wondering why my name kept going lower on the list. We found out when I showed her my confirmation number that I had shown up at the wrong Quest. She was trying to help me. All of a sudden Kathy shows up at the door, looks me straight in the eye and yells "Maam, move out of the way" because she saw the UPS delivery person coming in. Why couldn't Kathy had just said, "Hi hun, you may want to take this inside or you may want to step aside". She yelled so loud, I could see people outside of her center looking in to see what was happening. I turned and walked away. I don't need to stoop to her level, instead, I will tell my story here for all of you to read. read more

Overall this location is not bad. It is never fun getting blood drawn but the staff is kind and prompt.

Don't take your children here. My child was in tears and panicking before the lab draws. They didn't care. They sunk the biggest needle into his arm- no butterfly needle with a smile. They hate children. They lack empathy. Several weeks later, even though I had insurance and gave them the card they still charged me over $1,000. Garbage for employees. read more

They have done a great job with my kids I will always go back and my son hated needles and does great now.
