The have no way of contacting a human by phone. Online directions get turned around and they don't care to have someone available to answer a phone call. I had a question about my son's test but had to forgo any answers because they are allergic to paying a receptionist. What a greedy corporation!!! What sort of business doesn't have staff to answer a phone but can afford to be in an expensive Hospital but can't afford to pay someone at the front desk???? 30 minutes to one hour to simply drop off a sample. This is an incredible waste of time. It's 2025 and they're stuck in 1992.

Really irritating that there's never anyone at the desk when you walk in and there's always a wait, even when you have an appointment. Once you get in, it's a nice facility and they are good at drawing blood and pleasant people to deal with. It would just be nice if all the insurance money would help cover a receptionist. read more

if you need to get in touch with a human being, don't go with quest (or at least this location). there is no option to speak with anyone over the phone, it's all automated. i went into the office to speak with someone and there was no one at the desk and a package that had clearly been sitting there awhile. very frustrating if you have questions or concerns. if you can, i would recommend going with labcorp. much easier to deal with. read more

Show up 25 mins before closing and they refuse to see me. They had a busy day. I see others have had the same issue. Change your hours if you can't take people up to the time you close. Some people go by the hours you post. read more

My nurse Wahiba was the absolute best. My appointment was at 9:30, she had me back there at 9:20. I told her I was nervous and that I sometimes pass out. She brought me a pillow, hand warmer, calmed me down. THE SWEETEST BEST NURSE IVE EVER HAD! After my blood was drawn, I felt dizzy and sick. She immediately got me an ice pack, trash can, and lollipop. She did not make me feel rushed to get up at all. She was so kind and really made the experience for me, I am so grateful for her! Highly recommend this office and their staff. I also loved the check in process, it was nice just scanning my id and sitting down. Great system! Thank you!! read more

on S Garfield St Suzanne was lovely. I was a walk in and my doctor did not have a lab in mind, just that I needed to get it done quickly. Suzanne carefully looked through my kit and ushered me in since it was just the one vial, got it done, and took care of it. I want to say I was not in the building longer than 15 mins. Our Dr told us to go straight to Quest Diagnostics for a blood panel and the 1st one we went to wasn't taking anyone for the day (2:30pm) and to schedule an appt online. The website crashed 3X's after filling out the information needed so I decided to call for an appt. It wasn't a person and I followed the prompts. It asked to say what day you would like or you can say first available appt. I said the latter - then the bot confirmed I was making same day appt and asked what time - I said 4pm - the bot said there wasn't an available at 4pm, but there was a 3:40 and a 4:10pm. We were driving from Castle Rock so I chose the 4:10pm. Bot confirmed the appt day and time and gave me a code that I couldn't write down as I was driving, but remembered all but 1 letter. We arrived a few minutes early and checked in at the kiosk as there isn't a person at the window. It said we didn't have an appt. And none were available but we can join the waitlist, which would be 30 - 60min wait. We did. I saw there was a women ahead of us as well as a woman with an appt in the line. I explained to both women that I was going to let someone know what happened as there is clearly an issue with their system, that I wasn't trying to jump in front of them. They were nice and said thank you for letting them know. When the person working there opened the door I said "excuse me, I'm not trying to take anyone's place but I just wanted to let you know we called and made an appt for 4:10 and the kiosk isn't pulling that up. She looked at me like I was lying and rudely said the other woman had a 4:10 appt all day and that the other woman had been waiting an hour. Then she added that she's not taking anyone else, even though the kiosk put my husband on the wait list. She had such an attitude - I was expecting a reaction of, "oh, I'm sorry, I'm not sure what happened, there must be a glitch in the system. Sorry to waste your time but we don't have anymore availability." Something more supportive than her very rude with attitude response. To where I said, Ok, well then I will just right a review. Which she asked my name and said that was a threat. No, not a threat, just communicating with you my only option you left me with. read more

Arrived 15 minutes prior to them "closing" and was told they do not take appointments after "4:10." The first guy was really nice and I explain the frustration of that information not being on the website. I told him it was not his fault but it was poor communication on the company. I was getting ready to walk out the door and.He said he would make an exception and get me in. He told me to check in at the kiosk and would be right back. Then Amanda came out. She said that they would not be seeing me and that the final time was at 4:10. I explained to her that the other employee offered to squeeze me in as a courtesy. She said he was "new" and didn't understand the policy and system she claimed to have been in affect for a year and a half. She also argued why they don't put the last walk in time on the website. I explained to her that I was already checking in on the machine, she asked me to "show" her... which seemed odd. It's sad that the "new" guy was trying to deliver superior customer service and Amanda ruined that. I also asked her if providers know if there "rule" and she said we are separate and well doctors are doctors. A sad reality when they are housed in hospital that this is her stance. No where was it posted that they have a "policy" about final walk-in patients, nor is the information on the website read more

For context this was a Saturday and I was they only one in the waiting room. They don't greet you, they make you sit there forever, when you finally get called they answer the phone and have you just stand there. You sit back down because you've been completely ignored for over 10 minutes. Then another associate comes up and also continues to ignore you. Then they finally get off the phone and don't acknowledge that they totally just blew you off. Then the original person pons you off on the second person that could have helped you 10 minutes ago. Then the second person proceeds to call you by the wrong name. Then, God forbid you come with a Labcorp order because this facility doesn't not draw for both. They only draw for Quest. Some do draw for both. So the I get interrogated about having a doctors waiver or not. Which there's no way you would know. Then after much debate they told me to go to Labcorp 10 minutes away which after driving there isn't open in Saturday's as they said it was!!! So now I have wait the entire rest of the weekend to get a very import blood draw for a serious health condition. So good customer experience? Ah, no... read more

I made an appointment for some blood work and biometric screening, and it was super quick and easy to get done. The location is easy to find from the hospital (take an immediate left after you've gone in the main doors). I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I'd recommend this location if you need to have blood work done. read more

Quest told me I do not have the right to know whether or not the phlebotomist who will draw my blood is vaccinated against COVID. In addition to being very vulnerable, I have not yet gotten the booster. It is just cruel to send a person into a tiny room where an unvaccinated tech is very close to my face when they draw blood. I felt so unsafe I was ready to walk away. Why doesn't Quest just promise to send me a vaccinated worker if I am so worried? It must be that they do not care about patients. read more

The lab was easily accessible. Friendly and attentive staff welcomed me immediately. Wait time was very short. The area was clean. Staff was professional. They honor patients privacy. I recommend this facility if you need labs drawn. Quick and convenient even being located in Parker Hospital. It's worth my time instead of going to another lab with rude people and long waits. Had to get a blood panel done and everything went pretty smoothly. The staff was very friendly and professional. The only reason I give four stars instead of five is because I scheduled pretty far ahead of time for a 9:45 blood draw, and I wasn't see until 10:30. The staff looked very busy so I highly doubt it's a lack of drive in their end, but like a lot of places these days it seems they were understaffed. Only four employees in there and seven people in the waiting room when I got there. read more

I am almost impossible to draw blood from, always have been! I came in to quest today after my local urgent care tried multiple times but couldn't get anything. It took two of them and a few tries, but they finally got what they needed. They were so kind and understanding of my anxiety and genuinely felt bad that it was so hard. I really appreciate them making me laugh and distracting me. They did a much better job than most places would. read more

If I could do a negative review, I would. I am currently having treatment and must get lab work completed every week. I was able to take a short trip to Colorado and went to this lab to get my weekly blood work the first thing Tuesday morning. I explained the importance of my doctor getting the lab results by Thursday and was assured it would not be a problem. I went for my treatment today and the doctor did not have my lab results and the appointment would have been cancelled until I could get them done. Fortunately, the nurse was able to reach the lab and get the results over the phone, but the lab results still have not been posted to the portal. The Arizona lab I have been using for the last 6 weeks has the results posted in less than 24 hours. It has now been 3 days and quest still has not accomplished that. I would never go to another quest lab even for routine blood work. They were very quick at taking my credit card to make sure they got paid, that alone speaks volumes and shows exactly where there priorities are, is all about the MONEY, nothing else. If you care about your health, find a good lab that actually cares at least a little about their patients. read more
