I ended up hospitalized for 3 days and was diagnosed later by another Endocronologist. If you value your mental health and personal health, avoid this Doctor at all costs.

After a thorough assessment, she made weekly focuses on my areas of need but we worked thru each one, slowly and carefully making sure I was progressing and understanding self care. I am able to say I am walking away with a wealth of knowledge about my body and I know she gave me "toolkit" of moves to help me strengthen and recover my body from here on out. It's unfortunate new moms arent referred immediately to pelvic floor PT but I was so glad I took the steps to get to GR OBGYN. From the front desk to consistent support from Lily, the staff provides a safe, comforting and welcoming space for women. Not to mention the emotional support from Dr. Dawson, she was the person I didn't realize I needed - I'm forever grateful for our sessions. I can't say enough good things about this practice and if you are searching for some pelvic floor PT or have questions about it; this place is a gem and made a difference in my life. I'm truly bummed to have graduated on but I am a true believer in pelvic floor PT. Thank you Lily and staff for all your do for the GR women.

I visited because of a promo he offered at an expo. I went and did the consultation decided to continue. The problem came when he tried changing the terms of what we previously agreed on during my first appointment. He did a couple of adjustments and then, charged me a higher than planned fee at the end of my visit (blaming it on not knowing some rule changed). I didn't think that was very fair. He could have called me beforehand or, at the very least, told me before starting the appointment. That was really awkward and there wasn't even another person there to break the ice. Intended or not, I felt like I fell in a bait-and-switch kind of thing. I fought it and didn't have to pay the extra but, hopefully, he has a receptionist by now who can keep him a little more organized. I'm going through my Yelp trying to find places I haven't shared my experiences for yet so note that my experience here was a few years ago. It's clear immediately this is a "value doctor" selling you on the best price and not the best quality or service. Fast forward to my exam - The doctor claimed he couldn't hear the popping in my back as he was pushing and making it happen, even with it happening multiple times. He made claims that my back was in "exceptional" shape and that I had zero need for any further care after a rear end car accident. There were multiple discrepancies in his report, things not recorded or seemingly purposely left out. The same day, right after this appointment, I attended a separate independently set up evaluation at Mary Free Bed rehabilitation clinic where I was seen by an Osteopathic Doctor. This doctor had a very long list of things I am suffering from including the popping/snapping, periscapular problems, spinal issues, etc. I believe that Dr Aamodt isn't the best choice as a result of him missing very obvious and blatant things with my condition or choosing not to honestly report his findings. Hard to argue when 5 other medical service providers have been able to find and notate these issues within the last few weeks. As a result of all of this, I would highly consider a different practice.
