HORRIBLE! They don't deserve the 1 star that I gave them, I wish I could give them a NEGATIVE 10. They are unprofessional, rude, unorganized, and nobody wants to work. They are all lazy and look for excuses not to do their job. They said they were short staffed and were not taking walk ins, so I went online and made an appointment. Then, they said our computers are down and they couldn't see any new appointments being made. The final excuse was they couldn't understand the blood test that were being requested on the doctor's order, but when I took it to another lab, they were able to do the blood draw with no issues. These people are idiots and TRASH! I will NEVER return here. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

They take appointments but do not abide by them. They scheduled 6 other patients for the same time; when I asked about the wait because I have other upcoming appointments today, she just stated I had to wait for all of the other patients to be taken care of first, I asked for a time frame so I can let my next appointment know if I'll be late and she wouldn't provide one. If you guys make people come at a certain time; you need to be able to handle those patients. Numerous patients in the lobby are irritated and making calls because they are being held here far beyond their appointment times. We have lives, work, families and OTHER medical appointments that are crucial. Stop doing that to people and fix your scheduling. It's absurd to expect people to come for an appointment and be treated like a walk in. Disappointed over a very simple fix. UPDATE: over 20 minutes past my appointment time and no patients have been called back. I'm definitely going to miss my next appointment so standing at the desk to ask for a later appointment and being completely ignored. I suffer from artery compression, cancer, porphyria and long list of others. Standing too long will make me pass out, and they just are leaving me up here standing and waiting. Getting a test scheduled on line is easy. Having the test done is easy. Getting your results is near impossible. The "my quest" account on line does not populate with your results. So you call the local number and get stuck in a voice mail loop from hell. Is if really that difficult to speak to an actual person. Same thing happened to my wife trying to get her results. Don't waste your time establishing a My Quest account. read more

This location sucks they aren't knowledgeable about the test the have to draw . They also are very rude and un helpful. IF YOU REQUIRE A MASK YOU SHOULD SUPPLY ONE ! You also don't have to a bitch about it . And aslo tell someone when the walk in there door not 30 minutes later . read more
