When I got there, the sign on the door said to wait in your vehicle and call if you have COVID symptoms. So I did. I was told to come inside and that they are behind schedule. There was ONE person working the front desk, phones, and labs. He was working his tail off. So I didn't mind the wait. As he took a patient to test, a coworker came in to help. I have no idea if she was supposed to be working or not, but if not, it was generous of her to come in. Except she had no mask on. When she asked if I was symptomatic I said that I was. She then told me to wait in my vehicle for the test. Kind to late at that point. She then handed me a sheet with instructions on what to do when I get an email from the lab. It was a lot of links and not helpful on paper. She didn't tell me much else - what to expect next or anything. When my test was done, I asked about the 3 business day wait since it was right before a holiday. I was told it usually comes earlier. I called yesterday and was told there was a delay in the shipment. I called today and was told to call the lab they send the tests to. According to the lab, they were open Friday, so this is day 3 without me result. The lab just got the tests Monday or Tuesday. Supposedly (I say this after reading the other bad review). The lab said they didn't have my email to send me the results. ARCpoint didn't ask for my email address. I assumed since I used it to make the appointment that they already had it. I understand it's crazy trying to get tests right now, but don't advertise you have them and then fail to provide the service. If you need a test, go ahead and wait or go to the health department. Avoid ARCpoint.
