I once had some testing done here back in 2019, which went fine, and I was billed a small amount that my insurance didn't cover. I paid that invoice in a timely manner, but I got another bill for the same amount about a month later. I called to let them know it had been paid, but the rep I spoke to had a bad attitude, accused me of lying, and said I had to prove I paid it. I told him I have no way to do that and reminded him that was his job. He retaliated against me by sending my bill for less than $20 to a collection agency. I had to provide them with my bank records to show I had already paid the invoice. Would not recommend. If you arrive 5 minutes before they close (due to your work schedule, like me), they'll turn you away. I'm sure it's not an exciting job to do but don't "close" before your advertised close time. It's wildly inconvenient and I also saw an elderly woman be turned away just after I was. Ridiculous. If you're going to be closed for services at 3:55pm ET, make that your business hours or grow up and do your job until it's done. read more
