Then I am informed that I should have parked in the NCP car park next door. I contacted Q Park and they were extremely rude and did not offer me any type of refund or credit. I would NEVER use this company again and I strongly advise anybody thinking of using them to find a different company.

The Car Park is underground, located beneath Chavasse Park, which means the space is HUGE, so can be difficult to navigate, find your car and then get out. Also, the odds are you probably won't be able to get a phone signal in the car park, which was the case for me and my guests, using different mobile phone networks. The parking rates are VERY high, you're paying a premium for secure 24/7 indoor parking, with so many sketchy and dangerous places to park in the city, where I have previously had my car vandalised, I felt a lot better parking here, but still, with rates starting at £2.90 for 1 hour, and going up to £15.50 for 5 hours, £18.50 for 6 hours, it seems a little high especially as £15.50 for 5 hours works out at £3.10 per hour, so you're actually paying more per hour to park for 5 hours. The parking area is actually quite easy on the eye, it has a slick and modern feel to it. There are plenty of lifts to get up to the shopping centre in minutes PRO TIP: There are multiple sets of lifts/entrances, so do take note of where your car is to avoid getting lost. I did suffer an injury in the car park, tripping over a small metal bolt which was built into the ground, I managed to stop myself from falling, but this did seem very dangerous and like an accident waiting to happen. I did report this to Q-Park, who took a while to respond and investigate with their solution being "We couldn't find anything", despite sending them clear photos. 3* - If you're looking for a rare secure place to park in Liverpool with the added bonus of being right in the shopping centre, and a good location overall, and don't mind paying a premium for such luxury, then this is the car park for you.

The car park owners were EXTREMELY SLOW at replying only replying on the following Tuesday. When they did reply they were very helpful in passing the CCTV images to the police, but at this stage the car was long gone. The CCTV isn't monitored and isn't available immediately when needed - what is the point of having CCTV if you are not monitoring it? The CCTV coverage doesn't monitor the whole site effectively. Secondly the patrols conducted by UK Parking Control LTD are not extensive enough, it took the thieves nearly 20 minutes to steal my car, having smashed the window and set the alarm off. If I could give it no stars I would, the owners didn't even offer to refund the cost of the car parking which would have been a decent gesture for something which is a severe economic and emotional loss.

The car park is privately owned and close to the QPark on Epworth Street. QPark charges £5.90 for 6 hours and £7.90 for 24 hours. Guess how much this one charges ........£2.50 per visit and £5 for a lock-in fee. The open hours are pretty good if you are working late at work, staying open till 8.30pm Monday to Friday. Although only opening at 9am on the same days... so you might be late to work....

Yes, it is really cheap to park at £3 a day, this has gone up from £2.50, but you still can't argue with the price. The worker who was on the car park, took my money and guided me where to park, he seemed nice and was in and out the car park. One of the main reasons of me parking here was a comment in another Yelp review, which mentioned it should be safe enough to park in the day time, but when I got to my car at around half 5, I noticed one of my wheel trims was missing. I don't know who will be responcible, I find it hard to believe the guy who was on and monitoring the sight would let someone do that to a car if he seen us, but I think he was going in and out of the car park. He still should of noticed and stopped the person who was to steal them. I don't want to blame him for doing it however I do feel he shares responcibility for being so careless to let this happen or doing it himself. The car park is quite small but still fits quite a few cars, I would expect based on the money they raise, they would make it look alot better, it wasn't flat and as smooth as other car parks, with no disabled parking and no lines seperating space to space, but still for £3 all day until closure at 6pm, I can't really moan about that. Still considering something was stolen from my car, I have to give a single one star review, it isn't in the best of locations, it is close to a Starbucks, Papa Johns and hospital, even a Lidl but it is still just over a mile away from the city centre and Liverpool One, which can make you feel exhausted, before you have even made it to the shopping centre and started shopping. I just wish, i'd of gone to a more expensive, more secure car park, even if it was in the city centre and alot less of a walk to the likes of a Liverpool One, I wouldn't have to splash out on a single wheel trim or walk over a mile and then feel exhausted before making it into the city centre.

The holiday decorations that are out right now are beautiful at night! I've been here at least 3x now but still haven't seen everything! Great deals are to be found pretty much anywhere you go out here. I'm a sucker for deals, so I have to pace myself, lol. The people are nice and so are the employees in the stores. I was ecstatic when I discovered this outdoor shopping center in Liverpool, UK. Tbh, there is not…read moremuch to do in Liverpool unless you enjoy watching football or are a resident here. This shopping mall is HUGE and has many floors that are accessible via stairs or escalator. Seems like a great place to come for your every day needs and even for special occasion wants. They have luxury brand stores & more casual clothing stores. Lots of different coffee shops here, as well, lovely for a pick me up while doing some shopping! By the Starbucks, there are stairs with each step covered with turf that made for a pleasant area to sit and rest before getting up to shop again or just walk around.

This is actually pretty close to Liverpool's Moorfields Train Station and the Marco Pierre-White Steakhouse and Grill, so the location is okay however on a week-day parking is really expensive with the first hour being £5 and each hour after that being £2.50 or anything between 8 and 24 hours would work out at £20, but if you were to park for 24 hours (I don't know why anyone would) it would work out at great value, under £1 per hour. One thing that is also worth noting is that on weekends, although it is £1 per hour you would then be charged £20 if you go over 7 hours as then it would be a tariff between 8 and 24 hours, which is basically a bit of a con considering there is giant advertising outside for the £1 per hour, but nothing to say the actual prices at different times, which is misleading. The car park was also quite hard to find for me coming home, with it being a good walk and inside it isn't that nice, probably worse than a typical multi story, it has very few disabled bays, they've tried to make it bareable through adding Christmas Trees in the Lobby etc, but it still isn't the nicest of places to park, meanwhile compared to the central Liverpool Waterfront Carpark I normally use at ACC Liverpool. As I recall, I did only pay £2 less compared to this car park which was in a much more central location, hence as this takes longer to get to from Liverpool city centre, it would have been much better to park there despite the slightly higher cost, infact it can actually work out cheaper on a weekday, even the 24 hour tariff is cheaper at £15, the most you are ever going to pay through parking here or at another city centre car park is £3 to £4 at the very highest, so it just isn't worth coming here unless you are in the area. Overall, the car park isn't the nicest of places to park and while considering the location and really misleading price guide and lack of that modern feel, such as signs saying how many spaces are there, and just the car park feeling nice and modern, I sadly feel this isn't a good place to park and sadly hasn't done enough to earn two stars.

It is one of the most visited multi-use attractions in the country outside of London, and the collection of buildings (docks, warehouses) is the largest single collection of Grade I listed buildings anywhere in the UK. It can be a nice, relaxing place to have a walk around, getting away from the busy main parts of the city. I do think it could be laid out better with some signage and notes to the historic past, but I do understand there are some limitations in making changes due to the listed building status. 4* - A pretty cool and historic part of Liverpool city centre

The speed with which ships unloaded and turned around was cut in half." Definitely a worthy and must see stop when you visit Liverpool.

In addition, there are a couple of common places to eat like McDonald's and Pizza Hut, yet I do feel there could be a little more restaurants considering the size of the area. Nevertheless, it makes a great day out because you can easily spend hours browsing each store as you walk around from one end to the other. The retail park has a bright and modern feel to it. No surprise it is so popular with visitors, with a huge car park to accommodate.
