There are two dog parks that get busy during the evening and one of them is always muddy and practically unusable but it has a nice dog wash station that is free to use. There is also usually a lot of dog waste that doesn't get picked up. The gym is small but has a good set of dumbbells and a few pieces of equipment that allow for effective workouts, however one of the treadmills has been out of service for over a month. There are showers and a pool available but I have not used them. The public bathrooms have been clean the couple times I've used them. A lot of the washers and dryers are consistently broken and out of service as well but the areas are always tidy. The main entry gate has also been broken for over a month and just sits open at all times of the day for anyone to enter. The water has been shut off a couple times with no notice from staff and we've had some issues with neighboring campers hosting loud parties into the early morning on week nights. The park is mostly clean, minus the few stray beer cans on occasion. There are plenty of dumpsters and they are emptied every day or every other day. Have never had any issues with them being full or overflowing. The staff has been mostly friendly and overall it's not the worst RV park I've stayed in.

I knew I wasn't gonna get a good hotel but I was sleepy so I decided what the hell let's go for it. I arrived at the inn, the office was empty, and there was a sign that said to call the attendant, I guess the attendant was asleep and after calling her several times on the phone she answered and told me in an annoyed voice that the room price was $69. I asked her why did it go up to 69 when I had called earlier She said it just did. She sounded really annoyed and hung up on me after she answered the question I called her back, but she would not answer. I'm pretty sure that they did not have that much business since there was only a few cars out there I've been to a Motel 6 in El Paso which was $44 and it was a horrible experience, but thinking about it right now I would rather stay there than stay here At least the people at the front desk won't act like stuck up pricks At least at least at the Motel 6, they advertised how their rooms actually looked I have been reading some of the reviews. People have been putting on here and I'm pretty sure most of these people that give five stars are paid to do so. If you're the owner of this inn and you read this review, you might wanna train your staff to be more polite and maybe have their brains checked for Alzheimer's Or just maybe hire new stuff

I think he and his wife co-own/operate the Budge Inn and the Kermit Inn. The Kermit Inn is newer but the room is $77 a night for a king-sized bed. Drive an extra 3 minutes up the road and stay here. The rooms are a little older, but they are $45 for a king bed, a mini fridge, microwave, tv, and table. What else do you need? If ever in the area, I'd stay here again.

BULLSHIT! This room looks like its never been dusted ... ever! It smells of smoke. Theres holes all over the ceiling and a huge crack/hole behind the toilet, looks like rot. The sink leaks water all over the floor. The ac smells awful my kids asked me to turn it off. The sheets look disgusting, ever heard of bleech? Dont believe the door seals shut. Parking is crazy. Just awful place to pay $75, not worth 30$ its like a no tell motel. Ewwww!

Nothing to praise home about but nothing crazy to complain about either. The price reflects what you get. They also serve free breakfast in the morning. It's your typical continental breakfast.

Bathroom smelled like a sewer, the rug was so badly stained we refused to walk barefoot, the paint was peeling off the walls in places. I called the front desk and requested help as the toilet had plugged. Nobody showed up after 30 minutes so I walked to the front desk and found two employees sitting at a table in the lobby enjoying some coffee. I was told that maintenance was not available (not told to me on the phone when I called) but would be back shortly. Instead of offering to come themselves they handed me a plunger. I didn't mind doing it myself but would have liked the option 30 minutes earlier. They are doing some renovations which can only help but I was upset to find them starting work at 7 am. I will never stay at nor recommend anyone stay here in the future. I stay at a lot of Days Inn and this one was by far, the worst I have ever stayed at especially for the $130/night price tag. Stay at your own risk folks.
