Our nails? OMG!! This is the worst set of nails I've ever..EVER had!! They got busy and were tossing us around between workers..really? And to cover up their crappy work, they put clear gel coat on top..great!!! Now I can't just remove the polish myself and put on fresh. I could keep rantin on my disappointment, but I'll save that for when I'm by myself bickering about how crappy these nails are! Okay, so I went back and showed them my nails and they repainted them without charge. They redeemed themselves!! I'm undecided as to whether I'll be back or not though.

Mind you that they have nails tech sitting in the back chatting. Wow! I can't believe this crap. You should remove the walk-in sign, if you can't take walk-ins. The owner looks stuck-up. I will be bringing my mom to another salon. You are too rich. You don't need money! (7/13/2026) Thank you for replying to me. As you can see, your attitude and lack of professionalism are brought to my attention. You can't even apologize but instead blame me for regarding yesterday's incident. Well, I didn't assume that we could see from your reply post that your situation was my fault and blaming and pointing at me. If you are understaffed then take off your walk-in sign. Misleading customers is not an honest business. I will stop right here but if you have time to reply to me rather than focusing on your clients. I can see where your lack of professionalism is in your business. As for me, I will never come back. We found a nail place next to Dollar Tree with the same service and much quality. That nail shop was so clean and much bigger. As I walked in the owner greeted me with a smile. We didn't have to wait at all. My mom is absolutely happy with her services. Thank you for telling us to leave, we have found a better nail shop.

I would never recommend Mai to anyone. She was also extremely opinionated. She openly insulted me and my hair so many times. I am still in shock. thank GOD that no services were rendered to my hair with chemicals. **Stopped elsewhere, rewashed, conditioned and dried/styled. If I need them? They are available to continue care of my hair color. The vibe was that of an empty shop. Mai dresses like a very young lady and is in her 50's. She stated she did not like my long hair and made so many inappropriate comments? I cannot keep track. The VIBE was negative and nasty. Greatest traits by Mai: she wins the prize of me living in 12 states and SHE being the rudest person, let alone stylist, I have ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with. Consults are free, shampoo and blow dry (hair left wet) was between 40-60$, consultation was dishonest. Shining qualities: Being RUDE, deceptive, opinionated and over charging for services not rendered.
