My nails look good BUT the staff was incredibly rude and rough while doing my manicure! Will never go back.

Rude. The lady I got was very very rude and I told her I wanted a matte finish on top to fill the look down and she literally told me "shiny look better. I don't like matte" so I was like oh . Ha... Okay I love matte... She started putting shiny on and I said nooo I want matte not shiny. And she said no shiny look better with this......? Ummm..? How are u gonna tell me what's gonna look better on MY nails for MYSELF???? She was very rough. Such a smart*** and treated me like a number of money instead of a customer. Also when I had to pay her. It was like 75$ and all I had was a 100$ and she put it in her pocket turned away and said nothing at all. I literally had to look at another women and say "she took my 100$ and didn't give me the change" and she was like u tip her... And then that's when I lost it... I was like uhhhh no I tip someone that I like and does their job well. I tip someone when I want and u don't tell me how much to tip someone. I am not giving her a 10$ tip let alone a 25$ too to be rude and treat me like crap. I will never go back here. They need to learn how to talk and treat ppl and that a tip is by choice. I go here ALL! THE! TIME! I always like to have my nails done, and I am one for more outside of the box shapes and colors. My nail technician each time is Peter. He is the best with acrylic and does simple, but pretty designs! Service is always great and I feel comfortable here! read more

I have been going to Queen Nail Spa at the mall since the day they opened years ago. Today, in order to save time I visited Queen Nail Spa Southside Paducah. I wait less than 10 minutes and had no appointment. My nail tech was Valerie. She did an awesome job on my shellac with French manicure. I was totally satisfied. Everyone was speaking English very well. There was white, black, and Vietnamese staff members and they were very welcoming to me and the other customers. Tom at the mall usually does my nails, but if I am over on this side of town again, I will be back to this store. Good job!!! read more

made appointment for 5, came in 10 mins early and waited till 520 to have some one start. they remved too much of my acrlic, nails are wavy and un evan, too thin in some areas too thick in other, nail poish chiping in less than a day, nails chipping and cracking as well. this shopp maybe closer to my house but i will go to a different shop after this. read more

Brought my young child in and said plain polish, no shellac. I get the bill and they charge me an extra $15. I ask for what n she says gel polish. I said I SAID NO EXTRAS. She replied well we asked her and she said yes to gel but after saying my mom said no shellac and nothing extra. I was furious and they would not remove it from my bill. Never again!!! read more

Worst manicure I've had in 30 years. I call a block away and they say they can have at a table in five minutes. Arrive in three minutes and wait 20. No hand soak. First of all I have never had to share a nail tech, once I'm in their chair they continue to do my nails till done, not this time she left me twice and went and worked on another persons nails. Then before I got them painted she insisted I go pay so as not to mess my nails up which I did. Then she paints them very badly coats my nails over and over with the polish then take me out to the lobby and has me set at a bar type table stick my hand inside and they fan dried I was suppose to set foe 10 minutes however I set longer and my nails were still not dry when I complained That my nails looked bad with white sides she just added more polish. So i finally left and drove approx 1 mile and realized in the sun this was the worst experience in my life, my nails were shameful looking. I also have never left a salon with wet nails however I did this time and i tried to salvage what I could of this horrific paint job, meaning i tried to cover the nails with a darker polish and still they were horrible. The only good thing I can say is the young man working out front was very kind and helpful and the other guy who cleaned the chair after clients were there was also very kind. The rest was just not a place I will ever revisit and I will discourage anyone I know from going there. I just wasted that money and money is to hard to come by to have someone do such a poor job and not help to make it right. read more

They do a great job with manis and pedis, but the service is terrible. I made an appt at noon. It is 12:48 and I am still sitting here. No apologies, no explanations. Absolutely ridiculous. What's the point of making an appointment if you wait as long as you would without an appt? read more
