I live in North MS and my Walgreens called me…read moreyesterday to explain to me that the federal government is no longer paying for Covid testing unless you are experiencing symptoms or you have been exposed. Otherwise, it will be $128 for getting tested. Nevertheless immediately she called me back and stated that she was able to work around it since I booked my appointment 7 days prior before the new law became in effect. Fast forward, my mom called her Walgreens in Philadelphia MS and they said she would be fine on Tuesday. Today, she goes to get tested and after 45 minutes of waiting she gets to the window. They tell her it will be $128. She informs them that she called and they she would be fine. The lady rudely slams down the phone and walk way. Then Marcy comes to the window and tells her that it's nothing they can do but she can pay the $128. My mom then tells her again when she called they said she would be fine. However, when my mom asked why she didn't receive a call about the change. Marcy then tells her that their internet has been down since Sunday and they didn't get access to their system until today. Really?! How does a Walgreens operate without your system? Once my mom asked for their names because they were so rude they walked away and called The police stating she was holding Up the line. My mom proceeds to tell the police she just wanted their names to report them to corporate. Needless to say, Walgreens Philadelphia need to do better! I am grateful for my Walgreens in North Ms!

My daughter went to this salon for her wedding trial. They quoted us 80 dollars for her hair and…read moremakeup for the day of the wedding on march ch 24th. She went to the salon in the Tuesday before the wedding. Morgan charged her 110 dollars for her trial. 26 of that was for a haircut. She cut her hair as she put it into the updo. It was gapped up horrible. After the wedding I had to cut it to her shoulders to even look decent. Morgan Sanford used French twist pins instead of Bobby pins to secure the updo. Her hair fell within the 1 1/2 hour ride home. I called to complain and was refused a refund. They told me I just didn't want to pay. That seems to be their excuse with anyone that complains about the service Kristi the owner said Morgan is an independent consultant and she can't make her do a refund. I wouldn't have anyone working in my salon that did not make sure customer satisfaction was guaranteed. We tried to cancel the appointment for the wedding on Saturday and were told we would have to pay 35 dollars cancellation fee. Morgan called my daughter and assured the hair would hold on the wedding day and she would come to her instead of her coming to their shop. At 415 the day before the wedding Morgan texted to cancel. She said she usually charges 150 for a bride and it was no t worth her time for 80 dollars. People I am a hairdresser so I was able to do her hair for the wedding. If that had been someone else that didn't know how to do hair how would they have found someone with less than 24 hour notice. Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional and the work is not worth the price you pay. We are not the only dissatisfied customers. We left a review on their page and they have removed everything to keep a 5 star rating. Please don't waste your time or money at this salon. All I wanted was a refund because the hair looked horrible and didn't hold. We learned our lesson to never use this salon or its employees again. Kristi and Morgan should be ashamed of how they treat their customers and the quality of service is horrible.
