Was hungry on a Friday afternoon and stumbled upon this place. Me being Ecuadorian, and having had enough tacos for one work trip, I giddily entered the restaurant.
The lady recommended a few dishes according to my small appetite and in the end I had an arepa with chicharron. Arepas are yummy bread-like material in disc shapes, probably made with corn (that's what it tasted like). The chicharron on top was yummy: fatty in all the right areas and slightly crispy in others. To drink I had an agua panela con limón. My first time having it and it was yummy. Kind of tasted like sweet tea with honey.
I'd return to this place. The service was good and they had a lot of other items on the menu I'd like to try some day. They also had little Colombian snacks you could purchase at the exit. read more
