Après avoir été installé à table, aucune commande n'a été prise pendant les 26 minutes qui ont suivi, ni même une commande d'apéritif. Nous nous sommes donc résolu à partir. Notre objectif état le simple plaisir culinaire et certainement pas un service rapide, loin s'en faut. Mais un tel défaut de service frise à certains égard l'humiliation que l'inattention de la part de responsables de service peu compétents.. Dans ces conditions , plus aucun plaisir ne pouvait raisonnablement provenir d'une expérience qu'il convenait donc d'écourter et que je entends ne jamais renouveler dans cet établissement.
