When I pick her up from Best dog she is so happy to see me and not as nervous as I would think she would be so they must be good to her. And she always looks fantastic. One of my favorite parts is she's fully dry when I get her back, I hate when they try to rush the dog home at other groomers and you get a damp dog. They also do a great job with her shedding/undercoat. Prices are reasonable so I tried to always give a good tip. I don't give out many reviews, but felt this place needed a shout out.

Combing was out of the question, she needed a full cut to feel better. Mo (the owner, I believe) worked with her directly and did a fantastic job. What really stood out to me was Mo's kindness and professionalism. She started a full grooming session but could tell Ellie had reached her limit. Instead of pushing her through a bath just for the sake of completing it, Mo stopped and prioritized Ellie's comfort. That kind of care means a lot. She gave Ellie a clean body trim while leaving the head and tail alone, those areas didn't need work, and Mo clearly knows how to keep things stress-free. Ellie wasn't thrilled about it at first (you should've seen her face), but by the next day, she was clearly happier without all that matted fur weighing her down. My other cats gave her the most dramatic side-eyes for a full day like, "Who are you and what did you do with Ellie?" Yuppie Puppies earned my trust completely. Mo has a gentle hand and a real heart for animals. I'll absolutely be back if my pets need anything in the future.

Well I feel blessed to have been able to schedule Moka's appointment with Melissa, since she was also teaching students during the same timeframe. My cat looks so cute! While she seemed a little anxious to get home, she wasn't as traumatized as I expected. She's also skinnier than I thought she'd be. She is gorgeous! I already scheduled her next grooming. I'm sure her hair will be plenty long by then. I'm so blessed!

I'm going to be honest I'm a bit conflicted,I started coming here because the location I went to…read morebeforehand didn't give me the cut I wanted.This location seemed promising ,friendly staff who are very casual on the phone but I had noticed a change with my dog the second time picking him up (I also had to trim to even out some of his hair which I had hoped wouldn't happen for the price point ) and the third time he came back shown in the pictures I attached. I'm not sure if he's just afraid of them and it's a one time thing but he did like his previous groomers and behaved for them. He's been restless because of his eye and eventually scratched it enough to break his skin. I just wanted to share my experience because I don't want to put him in a situation that will cause him stress.
