Staying in Brossard, we were lucky enough to be situated in Quartier Dix30 as it is nice to walk around the shops during our downtime. In short, it's an outdoor shopping district that's a bit spread out that have many shops that I'm not sure many folks really shop as it wasn't super busy when we were here, but it does have a variety that perhaps you can find something that you'd like. They also have restaurants. But wish they thought of the layout and shops they'd like to have as many spots were kind of dead or just random in terms of what they had. P A R K I N G There's a parking structure underneath that is free and you can actually walk underneath in the parking area to avoid any inclement weather. But other areas are uncovered in the further out larger stores. S H O P P I N G Quartier Dix30 is a fairly sizeable shopping district with a theater that houses a variety of shops in Brossard. I feel like there's about 3 "areas" of shopping. One that stretches just a couple blocks that has a good walking area with shops and restaurants with a Sephora, Apple Store, Zara, Pottery Barn, etc. There's another area across the street that spans several blocks and larger restaurants including Zibo, American Outfitters, etc. Then there's a line of shops that arch over that shopping area with even larger stores. There is a Marshalls and Walmart which are the two busier shops but they are set apart from the other main areas. O V E R A L L Maybe the shops are more well known here in the Montreal area. I would say a good chunk of shops in the smaller area were a little more well known to me, the further we went outside to the larger shops, the less known, but hey I'm from the US so I don't know what y'all need so maybe this is the right mish mash of shops for folks here in the area. But it's a cute area to walk around, browse, and shop if you're into that! Beware that most of it is outdoors so layer up in the cold months!

Many times on our way in or out of Montreal we stop at this shopping center to eat, shop or meet friends. It's a very modern complex right off the highway...about 15-20 min outside downtown Montreal. Quartier DIX30 is a commercial lifestyle centre located in Brossard. It is considered Canada's first lifestyle centre and occupies an area of 2,746,063 sq ft. Quartier DIX30 was designed to emulate an urban or downtown shopping experience with boutiques and to meet the needs of suburban dwellers living on the South Shore of Montreal. Its name (meaning "TEN 30 District" in English) refers to its location: at the west corner of the intersection between Autoroute 10 and Autoroute 30. The center opened in 2006, but since then it has had several additions and renovations...the newer part of the shopping area has many of the most popular stores like Holt Renfrew, Lacoste, Michael Kors, Pandora, Peak Performance, Zara, Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, Urban Behavior, Yves Rocher, Apple, Rudsak, Fossil, Birks and many more.... several banks, restaurants, boutique businesses and such make this a really convenient place to shop.

It feels like you're in a little town. The place is massive, I had to check online exactly where my location was online because it's not visible for where you usually park. The amount of stores they have is crazy, they have everything from Walmart to Calvin Klein. The sidewalks have different colours and paths to different stores that you're looking for in case you get lost. The most beautiful part besides the lanterns hanging from up above the paths you walk but the water fountain in a courtyard. It is a martini glass inside a high heel shoe with a fork. It lit up different Colours and Shot up at different speeds. They have relaxing oversized lawn chairs to sit in and relax, security does come by to pick them up around 10 pm.

I love to go there! Good stores and ambience. I'm at the DIX30 at least 3 times a week. They now have more than 200 stores open and the parking is free!

Champlain Mall is named in honor of Samuel de Champlain but references the Champlain Bridge that was built 13 years prior to the mall's opening. Champlain Mall is strategically located in Brossard: on the South Shore's longest commercial artery Taschereau Boulevard (Quebec Route 134), near Autoroute 10 and adjacent to Terminus Brossard-Panama. Thus, the mall attracts about 6.4 million visitors every year. It used to be pretty dingy, but has had a...how do you say...face lift. It's very white. The mall's food court is small, but still good regarding choice of cuisine.
