He couldn't even handle the basics without making fundamental errors. His communication is abysmal and his responses to questions are vague, unhelpful, and often just outright wrong. At one point, I questioned his understanding of basic regulations. Tom's arrogance and total disregard for my interests were truly unbelievable. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. I agree with the other review I wouldn't recommend taking to the lady not sure who she is but she's veryyyy rude and unprofessional. I actually spoke to her more than him. She called me today asking if I had decided to go with them or not and when I told her I was still deciding and putting g together my funds she became very rude and insulting. This lady actually said to me " are you an actual nurse or nurse assistant because I've never known a nurse that has to scramble for funds"?! How incredibly unprofessional who says something like that to someone I guess my decision was right not to go with them I wouldn't recommend them. I'm a single mother and I'm sure we all know the rise in cost of living nurses aren't rich, I was floored at her decorum. Zero stars if I could.
