The Attorney's strategy was to not attack the City because judges do not like it when you do that. Weird! If the City is negligent/wrong/bias and results in court, that is your case. During court, he doesn't listen to his clients. I was trying to notify him of something during the hearing and he would not listen. I think he has poor hearing abilities and difficulties being attentive. I ended up losing my case. This attorney should not be practicing law.
