From the very first session, I felt seen, heard, and held in a way I didn't know was possible. He always creates a space that is deeply intuitive, non-judgmental, and attuned, like having someone hold a flashlight while you walk through the darkest corridors of your past, but never once feeling alone. I've had four hypnotherapy sessions infused with energy work, and each one brought a unique…read moreexperience, some deeply relaxing, others more detoxifying, but all exactly what I needed. I began seeing Renata for anxiety and a growing phobia that was increasingly impacting my daily life. From the very first session, she created a safe, supportive environment where I felt at ease. Renata also accommodated my tight schedule by meeting with me on Saturdays until my schedule opened up. Her office is private, serene, and comfortable. I enjoy my visits. Recently, due to heavy traffic and the distance from her office, Renata offered me the option of virtual sessions, which I'm now considering for future appointments. After an extensive intake, Renata explained that much of what I was experiencing stemmed from unresolved childhood issues. We started by addressing these underlying causes and gradually moved into other areas that surfaced as older emotional wounds began to heal. One of the most noticeable benefits has been a significant reduction in anxiety and stress. I'm finding myself approaching everyday challenges with greater calm and clarity. During the detoxification phase of shifting old mindsets, I experienced some emotionally challenging days. However, Renata's nurturing and empathetic approach helped ground me, allowing me to regain a sense of balance quickly. What stands out most to me is the subtle yet powerful shift in my mindset. Rather than forcing change, the process gently guided my subconscious toward more constructive behaviors and healthier thought patterns. I feel more confident now and have a renewed sense of control over my emotional responses. Although I'm still in the midst of my treatment, the experience so far has been positive. Being a highly sensitive person, I've always responded well to energy work. However, in the past, the changes from such work weren't always sustainable, similar to traditional therapy, where you feel better temporarily but may eventually fall back into old patterns. I'm hopeful that hypnotherapy will offer a more lasting transformation. At this stage, I would highly recommend Renata to anyone struggling with anxiety, phobias, or simply looking to better understand themselves on a deeper emotional level. Thank you so much Renata! :)

I've worked with Sasha Carrion for nearly 5+ years through completely different seasons of my…read morelife--business expansion, emotional blocks, physical trauma, fear, and major life transitions. Sometimes we've worked briefly on one issue; other times, consistently for months. Every time, I'm amazed by how quickly and deeply her work affects me. I've experienced talk therapy, journaling, mindset and spiritual work, and other healing modalities before hypnosis. All valuable, but Sasha showed me that understanding a pattern and actually changing the subconscious belief underneath it are two very different things. I am extremely analytical. I can analyze a problem from twenty directions and find twenty more. Sasha is one of the few practitioners who can meet me at that level without allowing my analytical mind to become an obstacle to healing. She knows how to get underneath it. Most recently, we worked weekly for 4+ months during one of the most destabilizing periods of my life. I was experiencing deep depression, recovering from a traumatic plastic surgery experience, and simultaneously dealing with an escalating HOA legal dispute. It affected my mind, body, recovery, home, and sense of safety. At the beginning, I could go from hopeful to terrified within minutes. Sasha didn't just tell me everything would be okay; she helped my subconscious begin to feel safe again. As new fears appeared, we addressed them before they became permanent beliefs. Eventually, I watched myself respond differently. Things that months earlier would have completely destabilized me happened, and I found myself thinking, "Okay. We'll handle it." And meaning it. Actually feeling calm. The external circumstances eventually began resolving too--far beyond what I believed was possible. But that isn't even the result I value most: The journey to the resolution did not destroy me. When I couldn't access faith in the outcome, Sasha could. She would tell me, "Borrow my faith." And I did. She held a vision of healing, safety, and resolution until I could believe in it myself. Empty reassurance doesn't work on me; Sasha's words have power because there is genuine conviction behind them. She understands me and is genuinely invested in helping me move forward. I trust Sasha deeply and respect her intelligence, intuition, compassion, and mastery of her craft. She validates what I'm experiencing while helping me change the pattern keeping me there. I've also realized I don't want hypnosis to be something I use only when something is wrong. I think of Sasha as an exceptional trainer for the subconscious. We train our bodies to become stronger--why wouldn't we give our minds that same support? There will always be new desires and expansions revealing new blocks. Sasha helps me move through them instead of building my life around them. Working with her is one of the most valuable investments I've made in myself--not simply because she helps me resolve problems, but because she has helped me become someone who moves through problems differently. And if you're skeptical about hypnosis, I understand. It has never felt like surrendering control of my mind. It feels like communicating with the part of my mind influencing me all along. You can consciously know you're safe while your body feels unsafe; you can understand a pattern perfectly and still repeat it. That gap is where this work can be transformative. 5+ years and countless limiting beliefs rewired and goals achieved later, Sasha is an invaluable part of my support team and someone I recommend wholeheartedly. She is a powerful healer, gifted hypnotherapist, and deeply intuitive and compassionate human being. She has held hope, calm, and possibility for me until I could hold them myself. Perhaps the greatest evidence that this work works is that I've needed to borrow those things less and less. The greatest compliment I can give Sasha's work is this: It changed the version of me who was going through it. And once that version of you changes, everything else has the opportunity to change too.

We had to cancel our first session based on a power-outage on her end, where I waited a complete hour before I found out why. As a result of this she offered an "extra" session. During this session I was unable (distracted) to get into a desired "state" and I stopped it at 12 min. in when Amy said a distracted mind was a good thing - so I apologized and we agreed to book a new session. In the downtime between sessions I sent Amy a full report on my ADHD as well as a ChatGBT discussion on what to ask for from a hypnotist and that actually referred to Amy by name. The new session was cancelled by Amy a day before due to an illness she had and booked for the following day - all of this back and forth was done via texting and then maybe 10 min before the rescheduled session she sends me a text stating that we were done because I was "combative and aggressive". I admit to being seriously disappointed in her methods but I DID apologize and there was zero opportunity for me to demonstrate "combative and aggressive" behavior again. In fact, after I sent Amy the report I had about me and she responded with " I believe I can help you" - so one can imagine how disappointed I was when she cancelled me completely. Then comes the full refund I expected but Amy DID charge me for the aborted first session, disregarding her "freebie" and then charged me a complete session fee for reading my report ! She is a LIAR for taking back the free session and also for saying she could help me and PETTY for charging me for a 12 min session and reading a report that did NOT take 45 min. I apologized again and asked her to consider either splitting the difference or, at the very least, splitting the cost of reading my report - and she just said she "considered our matter closed" . Now I fully realize there are 2 sides to every story, so I reached out again after our matter "was closed" asking why she changed her mind from being welcome to continuing. I asked her what I said or did via text, email, or voice mail that over-wrote the desire to continue a professional relationship - all to no avail. She arbitrarily cut me off and was unable to even negotiate what a fair settlement could be. Two sides to every story for sure - but she led me on for sure.
