However what I was disappointed with was the fact that when removing the old countertops, one of the concrete walls was severely damaged and when I asked for it to be fixed. I was told that it would cost extra money. Furthermore all the countertops debris that fell into the cabinets were not cleaned up and removed. Thus I had to go to Home Depot get some some putty, patch the wall myself and clean out all the debris that was left in the cabinets. We recently had a broken pipe in our upstairs bathroom that ended up soaking the entire main floor…read moreand went through to the basement. It seemed very overwhelming the amount of damage that was left in its wake, but Schaun walked us through every step of the way. From dealing with the insurance company to mitigation and finally rebuilding the ceiling, floors, walls and everything else that needed to be replaced, Schaun and his team were on top of it every step of the way. The whole damage (which trust me was a lot) took eight or nine weeks total to rehab and most of that time was spent waiting for the insurance company to approve the claim. Even before the claim went through, Allied was at our house with air scrubbers, giant fans, and dehumidifiers to prevent any mold buildup that may have taken place since the leak. They were also on top of the insurance company to get our claim approved, and once it finally was, his crew was here the next day to get started on the work and continued to be here each day until the job was done. Schaun was very professional and courteous and his crew did a great job getting our house back in order. I would recommend them to others and use Allied Property Services again if anything like this ever happened again.

The work was not easy, but he kept at it all day and was able to complete the project in one long day.
