The original…read morecompany has now changed hands and you can't call and talk to someone in the Stillwater office. Every call is sent to a call center in Tulsa. "Just a couple of comments about what was done yesterday. (August 10th 2026) When they got here I explained that I know I have an issue down the line with tree roots. And that the last gentleman (Shannon) who came out about 2 & 1/2 years ago ran the auger down the line. (I believe it had some type of blades at the end which CUT the roots out.) He made several passes down the line, spending several minutes in the area where the roots were. It stayed clear until now. You should be able to look up the history of my account and see exactly when that happened. This time they just ran the enlarged spring down the line and pushed through the roots an 30'8" (4:22 minutes in the video) then there was another cluster of roots at 55'5" (10:01 minutes in the video) that was gone through, but not cleared out. After running the camera down the line they never attempted to auger the line again to clear out those two sections to completely clear out the roots that were in the line. It became an issue of completely replacing the whole line or those sections of the line. So reviewing the video you can see there is still going to be an obstruction because the roots were never cleared out, It felt like the whole thought process became to replace the whole line instead of clearing out the roots in the line. Because there are still roots in the line. And I was told that if I don't decide on a replacement line then I would have to pay full price if they had to come back and clear another clog, which he said could happen at any time. (Since the line was not completely cleared out of the roots as viewed by the video.) I've been a faithful customer of this locally owned HVAC/PLUMBING company before it was bought by Advantage decades ago. I feel that there should be consideration for that loyalty. Sincerely, a long time customer of Western Mechanical/Advantage Heat and Air and Plumbing." I never got a response from ANYONE within this newly acquired company, which is very disturbing. Not even an AI reply. I have since gotten a couple other estimates from other locally owned companies which were significantly lower in price than what was being pushed on me by the guy who was here. His remedy was a loan process at 6.99% for 120-180 MONTHS. I have always had the mindset that I will be loyal to a local company that has been to my house for any issues that I have had. I even purchased my Heat and Air unit from Advantage in March of 2025, from the original owner. I can no longer be that loyal customer because this experience was less than a ONE STAR review. My advice to anyone having a plumbing or air conditioning issue, don't use this new company that bought Advantage. The prices are astronomical compared to the other places that came to my house and gave me an estimate to completely replace the sewer line from my house to the main city line.

These guys are terrible. They remodeled our bathroom and wanted to install different type fixtures…read morein it. Bathroom sink brushed nickel, toilet stainless steel. We asked them to install what we requested on our quote. They resisted. Then less than two years after the remodel we had to change the wax seal! They installed a 1/4 inch seal. Cost them less. We also had to argue with them to install the toilet seat we specifically requested??? Save yourself some headaches. Avoid these guys at all costs!

Next day guy never shows up wouldn't respond to text or calls. Even tho these new phones show when he read them. Then I look up a review and he's actively posting on Facebook while I'm trying to get a hold of him. So take it he don't want jobs great way for people to choose someone else.

Nothing. I texted Thursday morning, and they texted me back asking address. I gave it to them again and that was it. They never called. They never texted. They never showed. I don't know how their plumbing skills are, but their business and communication skills are terrible. It's sad.
