Within less than the promised 2 hours (it was about 30 minutes) he arrived. Very polite and knowledgeable and explained everything & even made recommendations for the future and prevention (if possible). We felt like his price was more than fair, and honestly on the cheap side as we expected to be charged significantly more bc it was on a Sunday. He said I PROMISE you we will be there."" I agreed and texted them my name, address, phone, and what the job was. Tuesday came, and I heard nothing. On Wednesday, another no-show. No call. No text. Nothing. I texted Thursday morning, and they texted me back asking address. I gave it to them again and that was it. They never called. They never texted. They never showed. I don't know how their plumbing skills are, but their business and communication skills are terrible. It's sad.
