He was super responsive and was able to service my laundry at a fraction of the price the resort was charging. There is a minimum charge of 4 kilos at 55 pesos per kilogram (or roughly $12 total USD) and a delivery fee of 120 pesos (or roughly $7 USD). My clothes came back neatly folded and clean. Everything was efficiently packed in one bag all on the same day! I would definitely recommend Lavanderia Dona Soco if you're looking to get your clothes washed and folded in Cancun.

They are 27km away from my hotel and they charged $150 pesos ($7.50 US) to come to my hotel, pick up laundry at 10am (arrived 45 min after my call), picked up my clothes, drove 27km to their shop, washed and folded my clothes, then called me to coordinate a drop off time, and drove 27km to my hotel to drop off the clothes by 3pm the same day. That's just over $6 at the current rates. As I'm flying to New York for the weekend from Cancún, now I don't have to worry about getting my laundry done in the city. They offer a drop off service but it was almost as much as the laundry itself. Instead, I made the 15 minute walk back and took the bus back to my hotel with my clean clothes. 10.50 pesos for the bus for the win!

We also got here early to beat the crowd. You go in, the gentleman will ask you how many machines you need and then you can start your load. Instructions are in English. They will put in the coins. Same process with drying. Then you just pay the on the way out. It's located in a safe area and the people working the laundry provided good customer service. Also took us about an hour to get our clothes done. Machines work just fine.

Despues de que la persona se retiró, pude ver como se acercó al Valet Parking del restaurante de al lado para gritarle, tambien muy grosera y reclamarle que no hacia su trabajo (¿?). No recomendaría para nada este sitio, cuando la misma propietaria del lugar se comporta así. en mis proximas estancias jamas regresaré alli.
