When I picked them up the first shirt wasn't too bad (puckered, but I thought I could iron on reverse side and fix) but one of the numbers on the second shirt had a wrinkle/crack in it. I said" I hate that the 4 is jacked up" and both employees (men in their 40's) said "Well those shirts were really wrinkled" I ask if they didn't have an iron. "Yes that's what we do it with and I stretched and stretched that shirt......they just package them so small in that packaging......." My question is why did they not call me and have me wash and iron the shirts. Why if they did one and found it difficult, did they do the second one and mess it up? All I could think about as I heard their excuses was, I won't be able to find the sizes in these shirts to replace them, let alone that now I have $45 invested in shirts that I am embarrassed to give as gifts and these professionals would not display as examples of their workmanship.

A ring that I fell in love with at first sight. For the price I thought it was a steal considering how striking it was. Plus the design and engraving was done in-house, so that's even better knowing that there isn't another similar ring (unless they got it here as well). They shipped it back, then called me back several weeks after to say they could no longer resize it due to the type of ring it was. I pushed and said that they needed to correct their mistake. They then agreed and fixed it, but I had to wait even longer to get my ring back. When I finally picked it up, they refused to give me a discount for the inconvenience, even after I called corporate and they talked to the manager. Honestly, I was nervous to go to Zales, and this just confirms I'll go to a more reputable place that knows what they're doing in the future and properly trains their team.
