We picked it up, took it home and tried to use it a few hours later and while it was now charging, there was no sound. They fixed one problem but created another. I called them and told them they needed to fix the issue they created, I also told them we would not be paying for their mistake. 2 days later, it was done, never received a call (again), we had to keep checking on them. Save yourself a lot of hassle and take your broken devices elsewhere. ***UPDATE*** In response to the owner: .....The facts are, No voice mails were left, you fixed one issue only to cause another which took days to resolve and cost us much more time, gas expense for going back and forth, wear and tear on a vehicle.I know you don't take these things into consideration so you can stop the BS. I purchased most of my office supplies and equipment there. Their rewards program during those years were great (I've been in East Tennessee for 11 years now)! The Greeneville, Tennessee, store is a large, modern and very nice store ... in keeping with all the other Staples stores I've shopped at. What I'm disappointed in is their current rewards program (as I experienced it a few months ago). It's not generous and if I understand it correctly, you pay a llot more for some merchandise and/or printer paper to get their rewards deal the NEXT TIME you shop there which doesn't seem worth paying their prices to get any benefits from it. That's not how it worked before and it needs revision. I would be there more often if the prices on printer ink and printer paper were lower. I do NOT have any complaints with the equipment I've purchased or the service I received. My "OK" rating is only because of their disappointing rewards program. As long as they have a rewards program, it should be improved so that the customer gets a clear benefit to want to participate in it for a 5 out of 5 star rating.
