Ended up charging $500 for a camera to be sent through the pipe to diagnose the issue, resolved none of the problems with the toilets. Proceeded to say that all of the piping underneath our home was "rotting", and quoted us $850/foot to replace said pipe. Got a second opinion, had someone else come out from a different company. Ended up simply clearing a bad clog, no issues with pipes like what was previously stated by the Southern Air employee. Unless you're wanting to be up charged 20x the price and have lies spun to you, find somewhere else.
